Home and Cleaning excelled.
Home and Cleaning had the best prices for the products I wanted. When the order was placed I noted some poor reviews and was a bit concerned. No need. The order was delivered very quickly and even included some extra product. (was meant to have 7.5 litres and received 10 litres).
Excellent service.

Not interested in resolving problems
Item arrived and was leaking. Sent an email to tell them just over 3 weeks ago, chased, got 1 reply asking for pictures (that were included with the initial email) then nothing.
Waste of money as I didn't have enough of the product left to finish the job so bought an alternative elsewhere. Won't be using them again.

Hello. We're very sorry about this! Hopefully this issue should have been resolved by now, but if it still hasn't been resolved, then please ring us on 01942 559 390 :)
Happy with this order.
Easy to order. As I was going out on delivery day I left a place for the delivery man to leave the parcel and he did as I asked. What I liked was that he took the note I had left and put it through the letter box so others couldn’t see it. Many thanks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This company's a joke. Made my order via ebay on the 24th of April Was told the order was 'dispatched' the following day. What utter codswallop that was. 2 days ago I put a request through ebay saying that I had not received my item. Seller has not even replied to the request. After going to the company and putting my trust with the hope that some of these negative reviews are untrue, unfortunately I was wrong. I bought the items as I needed it urgently, I just don't understand how you can update ebay to say it is dispatched and not even send the item? Also the tracking number provided is not genuine.

Hello, we are very sorry that you are not happy with our service. All orders that are marked as dispatched are sent out on that day, therefore the issue might be on the courier's side. Tracking numbers sometimes take a while to update on the courier's website. Please ring us at 01942 559 390 if you would like your issue to be resolved quicker.

Quick delivery and excellent price.
Quick delivery, Excellent price and the product seems great. I have only started using it today (it only arrived today). Washing and waxing a motor home. Big job, but this product is cleaning and finishing really well. I will see how it repels water the next time it rains

Great products at truly bargain prices
Great products at truly bargain prices. Always worth a web search before using other well known sites which don't always offer value for money.

You will not receive your purchases and no one will contact you back to explain why or refund you.
My first order was missing one item, I emailed them and got no response.
I stupidly made another order as they carry good products and this time 3 items were missing.
I emailed again asking about my first and second orders and have had no response.
I have messaged them via their contact form on their website and still haven't had a response.
*THEY ARE ALSO CALLED ASSURED PRODUCTS*
finally got through to them on 01942 559390

No smiley face from me.
The worst service I have encountered. Zero for Delivery. Zero for contact.
My parcel still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. I have sent 3 emails and had 1 reply. My last email requesting an update was 5 days ago and I still haven't received either a reply or a delivery. Ironically though I have received 2 requests for feedback via Trust Pilot
