Zero Customer Service / Aftercare
Tried for months to get a response about a faulty item replacement this year. Worst aftercare I have ever experienced in 8 years of ordering products for my business....they process your order & ignore any contact beyond it. Numerous emails unanswered & force you to claim through PayPal to get a refund. And they would have had a lot more business from me.

Fast delivery, easy to order - and even got a nice little discount upon first-time purchase.
Will definitely be ordering again!

Quickly dispatched and good value.
I had a small issue with part of my order being damaged in Transit (not sellers fault) but they sorted everything out perfectly. Recommend this company and their products.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever ordered from in years, they sell you your order and forget about you. They don’t answer your emails and wait until you claim through PayPal to get your money back.
