This company has been so easy to contact and their customer service is outstanding. Very speedy delivery of my appliance.
I received emails with the detailed information that I needed. Their responses were always very swift and the person I spoke to on the phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give more than 100% I would!

Unreliable expensive products
My £1300 integrated freezer stopped working after 3 years. Liebherr deemed it a non repairable fault and offered around £250 towards a new one. The freezer had numerous call outs within the warranty period. If you want a non reliable so called premium freezer which will last 3 years this is your company!

Your offer is below; I’ve declined this as the effective discount is around £250. My freezer has had numerous issues since purchase and this particular fault where it’s now deemed unrepairable was flagged when it was 3 years old.

Terrible!! Do not waste your money
Terrible products. Terrible company. Bought a fridge freezer less than a year ago. Fridge doesn’t stay cool. Heats up to 17+ degrees yet shows me that it is at 4 degrees. Have to turn it off and then back on to show correct temperature. Have had an engineer out several times now and yet every time he arrives he writes a report saying nothing is wrong with the appliance and that my child is leaving the fridge open after I specifically told him my child knows she is not allowed to touch the fridge and wouldn’t even attempt to. Can’t even count how many times I was told an engineer would be sent and then no one showed. Customer service is rubbish. Wrote my email incorrectly for the first couple of months. I even checked and spelt it out several times on many different phone calls and they still managed to get it wrong? Customer service advisors are rude and unhelpful. They don’t want to listen to anything you have to say, just want you off the phone as soon as possible. Apparently it is not part of their job to take notes on any contact made so have to repeat myself every time and explain the situation. I have a chronic health condition and young children in the property and they couldn’t care less. Please don’t waste your money on this ridiculous company

Fantastic service
I have an old Liebherr fridge freezer, and the door bottle shelf is breaking. After much communication with the extremely helpful and very patient Jane at Liebherr Appliances GB, we have finally been able to find a replacement part, for an old machine - but one that still works perfectly. Jane could not have been nicer and more helpful in our extended communication.

Left with more problems than I initially had.
We own a side-by-side refrigerator and are generally happy with its performance. However, we've experienced issues with the icebox. In May, we contacted an authorized service center in Scandinavia. They arranged for a company to inspect the unit. The technician cleared the system and assured us it would work after defrosting for 48 hours. Unfortunately, we couldn't verify this as it then stopped filling with water.
The company refused to provide further service due to geographical reasons. We reached out to the service center again, and they transferred our case to another service provider. I spoke with their technician, provided all the necessary information, and he promised to investigate and get back to me. However, he didn't follow up, and instead, another technician, unaware of the previous case, contacted me. Despite the company's promise to send the same technician, this new one was completely uninformed.
It has now been almost six months. I have paid the first company's invoice and, as I see it, I'm 1,500 SEK out of pocket, yet I'm left with more problems than I initially had.

Good customer support with user guide for 24 year old appliance
I've inherited a ~24 year old Liebherr fridge freezer and needed to switch the door hinges round.
I was unable to find the user guide on the Liebherr website, however, a call to customer services and the model's user guide was sent through to me in a few minutes.
Very impressed with the help and speed of response.

A pleasant change
What a pleasant change it makes to have nice things to say about a big brand company.
My 5 year old Liebherr fridge still works perfectly. The small issue I had with the door was answered by customer service very quickly, and resolved. The replacement part I need (a door handle) was easily identified, ordered last night, and an email this morning saying it's been despatched.
This was a low impact, efficient transaction, which has sadly become rare in big businesses today.
Thank you for being efficient and doing your job well. It's a rarity these days.

Dear Liebherr
Dear Liebherr, I would like you to use the useless and totally impractical fridge/freezer we have recently bought. We have always bought Liebherr but never again until you go back to quality. First, the door is not ergonomically designed. A right handed person does not reach and put their hand backwards to open a door! The top seal of the freezer gathers far more crumbs than the old one as there is no protective shelf anymore. The absence of a bottom bottle holder is a huge mistake and you have made the top bottle holders unuseable as they awkward to access and have no depth. Then there is the flimsy divider in the door which is already bending and things fall behind it. The fridge has a lump at the top back which gets in the way and a similar one on the ceiling which also gets in the way. The appliance seems to have gained depth instead of width and now I have to scramble for things at the back and I am forever rearranging everything to fit. One vegetable drawer instead of two means that the drawer is heavy and things can not be separated. I don't want my fruit with my potatoes! The drawer front is flimsy and is going to break really easily. There are not enough glass shelf supports so I can not adjust things how I want. I would like a smaller top section just for bottles but this is not possible. There is no display of temperature on the outside. The flashing lights and noise when you are having to spend excessive time rummaging in the appliance (owing to your ergonomically poor design) are annoying. Nothing seems to fit in the freezer drawers anymore - again because you have hardly any depth. To put a big hole at the back of a freezer drawer when you have to tilt it to get it out or pull it forward (what a ridiculous idea) means that all the food items at the top fall out of the back every time this is attempted. And there is a gap at the back of the glass shelves which means that thin items disappear down it - are you really this mean so as not to supply a complete shelf?! The bottom drawer also has a big lump and a slanting shelf at the back - this is not useable space. I take issue with you calculations of storage as no matter how I tried, when the new one arrived, I could not get all my food into it, which I had just taken out of the old one - supposedly the same size. Then we come to the fact that it is noisier and every time the motor starts I think there is traffic outside on the road. Everything is much wetter and nothing is keeping the same as the old appliance - the food is going mouldy. And there we have it, all done as a cost saving exercise I am sure, when you are supposed to be a premium brand - I am sure I will come back to post some more failings but having taken the trouble to give all this feedback I would like a reply. I could not find the page to report a product on your website!

Back to Liebherr after almost 20 Years
I had my last Liebherr fridge freezer for almost 20 years and I thought it was time for an upgrade.
I emailed Liebherr Ireland asking them for advice and they suggested the Liebherr Model No: ICBNCI-5153. I bought it and it was prefect. The Bio Fresh part is really good. Then I noticed that the temperature was a bit high so I emailed them.
It turned to just be a small fluctuation while defrosting. However the prompt service from the service dept. really impressed me.
I would definitely recommend them for household appliances.

Great size
I like the size and layout of this fridge (K2340), it seems a bit bigger and more accessible than under the counter fridges. Quieter than my very old fridge when its running, I still have to get used to the different sound, my ears were accustomed to chugging and rumbling:) I also have to get used to todays prices, maybe it will last as long as my old one (18 years); then I'll give it 5 stars.

Could not find spare parts for my fridge online suppliers. Contacted Liebherr and through both email and WhatsApp they helped me find just what I needed, all order .. Monae was super efficient, fast & friendly.

Price does not buy quality
We’ve had the dual zone under counter wine cooler for around 5 years and it’s just been condemned by an authorised repairer. The cost was close to £3,000. The engineer came and re gassed the cooler but within 2 weeks it’s gone again. Also getting very hot to the point we’ve been advised to turn it off at the mains to avoid a risk of fire.Engineer said whilst other appliances he would have options to try and fix, with the design of the one we have (code on manual is 7083) it’s a know fact they cannot get access to the parts. So now stuck with a wine fridge that’s only fit for scrap and to do that we’ll need a return visit from the engineer £200 to remove it. If this review does not deter you from this brand don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Update 5.9.24 : I have responded yesterday with the information Liebherr requested and await their reply.

Great products, lovely people
I have had quite a few Liebherr fridges and freezers over the years. My large upright Liebherr freezer has been showing signs of age of late, but at over 25 years old and in continuous service the whole time I think that is OK. So, I have recently bought a new fridge and freezer. The freezer came from a third party, but it really is lovely. Massive, but o so quiet. The fridge was direct from Liebherr and arrived damaged. Liebherr UK Web sales couldn't have been better though and a replacement was sorted very easily with great care and attention. Excellent products, lovely people. I really do think this is an excellent brand, with splendid UK support.

Excellent support from Monae
I ordered some extra parts for my new Liebherr fridge but due to some confusion I ordered duplicate parts without realising. I was proactively contacted by Monae from the Liebherr UK webteam who said that she thought I had inadvertently ordered duplicates so had cancelled the surplus parts and had refunded my card for the surplus element of the order. I was hugely grateful for this as it saved me the annoyance and hassle of realising I had ordered duplicate parts and then having to try and return them to Liebherr for a refund.
It’s so unusual these days to experience customer service where the company is actively trying to anticipate the needs of the customer and make their lives as easy as possible.
Big thumbs up to Monae!
