Still waiting after 3 months

It seems this company (if it isn't someone running a business out of their home) is either out of business or heading in that direction. I previously had ordered from them (in July of 2016), and although I experienced a delay, I did eventually get my product. I also was even able to get an email response form someone (thus the second star in my rating). However, my most recent order in late November has gone unaddressed (although I have been billed). My email attempts to reach someone have also gone unanswered. If you used a credit card to purchase your items, you could consider filing a dispute against the charge.

I have ordered 3 purol nourishing cream and 3 purol multi purpose cream, paid £14.95 delivery charge through PayPal a total of £30.19 on Oct 28th, money have gone through and since over 2 months, I still haven't received the products. Try to contact holland boutique query about the order through various means such as email,whatsapp and live chat. None of them get any response back, is so frustrated. If they don't have the products then just don't sell it or at least give me an explanation of how come it took so long and refund my money. very disappointed with their unprofessional attitude.

So disappointed with the holland boutique services I ordered since October a baby goat infant formula and today is the day 2 months or more and my order is not delivered. Also I have Witten many emails sent and there's no answer. I don't know if they are a real online store or what???... please I want my order as son as possible or I will cancel it!!!

I have NOT received my products "Dr. Vogel" yet after 4 weeks....
I ordered on November 18th 2016 an extensive order for dr. vogel products valued €99,74.
I have contacted this company several times.
There was NO reaction at all, nada de nada!
I will contact the Police as I suspect CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made several attempts before the product was shipped to cancel the order. When someone finally replied to my messages I was told that the product was already shipped and I could return it once I received it. A month and a half later the product was not received. I contacted them and was told that I should have received the product and they will look into it. After weeks went by with no word back I sent an email asking about the status. At this point it had been over 2 months since the order was placed. I have since sent at least 5 emails requesting a refund and have not gotten a response from anyone. It has now been 4 month and I have no product and no refund. I have lot almost $100US to this company

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I never received my order and emailed on several occassions but have had no response from anyone at the company. This is not a good business in my experience and would recommend that you do not use them!

Money paid, no items sent 45 days later. Dispute opened at Paypal, and money refunded. Complete waste of time!

Ware bestellt Anfang Oktober. Bis heute keine Lieferung. Antworten nicht auf Emails, keine Versandbestätigung - nix. Beschwerde bei PayPal eingereicht, wahrscheinlich nicht als einziger.

Auch die Webseite lässt sich mit keinem Browser aufrufen. Die sammeln nur Email-Adressen um diese zu verkaufen.

Jetzt wird sich zeigen, ob der Käuferschutz bei PayPal etwas bringt.

I made a purchase from hollandboutique and never heard about my order, I thought it was never processed because I sent an email with no reply, I re-ordered and then both orders where charged to my credit card but again, never heard anything so I sent another email requesting information and I still haven't heard anything.
I am going to cancel payment with my credit card because I'm worried this may be a scam company.

Nomdelivery!!!

The above named, ordered and PAYED item never arrived till now. Reminders were never answerd.

I have to raise a Dispute Resolution to paypal in order to get my refund. Never respond to emails, chat, call or whatsapp. Think before you buy.

They just pull your money from your creditcard before sending any items, -
and you may never recieve any of your ordered products !!!!!
They don't answer email or phonecalls !!!

No delivery date

No answer to calls
No answer to messages

Ordered and waited for 2 weeks. No news about shipment. Emailed them to request for refund. No news for another 4 weeks. Phone number on website doesn't work. Couldn't call in. Whatsapp doesn't work too. Please don't buy from them. I will keep calling until i get my refund.

I ordered 5 boxes of cafe noir cookies and it's been a month and a half and never received my items. I've reached out to the vendor several times and they have not responded. I've asked for a refund but to my dismay I've never heard back. Stay await! Find another site to buy your items from.

Heb iets besteld wat niet op voorraad bleek. Na een aantal weken eens gemaild. Toen bleek dus dat het niet op voorraad was maar dat ze navraag gingen doen bij leveranciers. Daar heb ik uiteindelijk ook meerdere keren achteraan moeten mailen. Op een gegeven moment werd het geld teruggestort (zonder bericht) dus ik heb er achteraan gemaild of dit betekende dat het er niet was. Komt er 2 dagen later een doos binnen met een luxe theedoos (niet de bestelling) wederom zonder bericht. Ook maar even gecheckt of dit wel voor mij bedoeld was en ja ik mocht de doos houden. Al met al dus waardeloze communicatie. Het nazenden van de theedoos was dan wel weer heel aardig en wordt zeer gewaardeerd. Ga er vanuit dat als je een "gewone" order hebt alles prima is.
