Excellent quality
I’ve been using the 10% oil for a while now. Although I’ve been using it for a specific reason I find it helps me sleep and I feel less stressed overall. I like the purity of the oil and I would recommend it.

I have been happy with previous purchases of 10%, 15% and the CBG/CBD, however the recent purchase of a 10% was very different from previous orders. I know there can be differences between batches but this one never had the same pleasant taste but was clearer and very bitter and i really have to say has had no effect compared to previous batches. Service was fine as there was a delay and was given alternatives rather than wait.

Hi Steven, thank you for your feedback and we can assure you that the last batch you received is the best you can ask for. It comes from the latest batch, so you are correct, the batch is different, but this one is superior to all of the previous we had before. I also thought initially because of the strong spicy and peppery taste that maybe it's not as good as before. However, after giving it more tries, I realised, it is more potent and has an amasing entourage effect. Moroever, it is from the same source and supplier but exracted with new equipment of a higher spec. I will e-mail you the certificates showing the the levels cannabinoids, terpenes, heavy metals, micotoxins. I can assure you it's a top quality oil! You just need to give it more time and keep taking it consistently. I am sure you will end up loving it just like I have. Happy New Year and best wishes! Alex
Good product
Good product, a little pricey but that is the nature of things. The postage costs of £5.82 for a tiny bottle to be sent out 1-4 days is the reason for knocking one star off, seems excessive.

Hi Laura, Thank you for rating our product high and we are happy to hear that overall everything was positive. The postage is calculated on the diameter of the bottle which with padding falls outside of a 2.5cm limit for letter and is calssified as 'small parcel' for which we pay Royal Mail £4.85 plus VAT that we have to pay makes it £5.82. Unfortunately, we can't do much about it as the bottles don't come thinner than what they are.

Coffee tastes nice enough but…
Coffee tastes nice enough but expensive, particularly because I didn't notice any effect whatever above my normal coffee. I have been given a sample from a different company where I did notice a pleasant effect but perhaps it contained more CBD. Can't remember the company though.

Hi Stephen, thank you for your honest review. To be honest CBD in coffee is added more to serve in addition to your main CBD intake, or just to introduce you to CBD and not as a main vehicle for injesting CBD when you really looking for the 'entourage effect'. However, if you already take CBD and drink our CBD Coffee fore flavour and an addition to your main CBD intake, that would probably be more effective and correct. We never advertise CBD Coffee as the way to take CBD. When we experimented with different levels of CBD in coffee, we noticed that adding more full spectrum CBD extract, changes its taste and makes it more bitter, which we found less enjoyable. The falvour is an individual thing however. You migh find it useful to add either watersoluble CBD to your coffee or CBD oil if it's the actual CBD effect you are looking for. We hope that the flavour was OK.
The product is excellent
The product is excellent - I take it on a daily basis and it really does alleviate pain (in my case - back pain). it was easy to order and arrived in 1-2 days.

I ordered the 10% dewaxed oil, which has no terpenes, which upset me. This oil is clean of side effects, and helps my neuropathic pain. H Hemp has been very helpful with info and guidance.
