Products are good
Products are good, fast delivery and they have helped me with my anxiety, my only complaint is I emailed after ordering, this being my third order, and asked for some advice on the new product I have ordered and I have still yet to hear back. It’s been weeks. So customer service and replying to emails could be improved.

Could you send you inquiry to info@holistichempscotland.com as somehow we never saw your message and that was the reason why nobody replied. We apologise about that as it could have been some technical reason as sometimes message get filed in the wrong way and end up in 'spam' etc. due to automation. We endeavour to answer 100% of our customers inquiries witin 24 hours.
Product arrived really quickly
Product arrived really quickly - within a few days but as it needed a signature and I work all week it wasn't posted. Royal mail then missed my rearranged date so took a bit longer but there was no hurry anyway and delighted with the product once I received it. Great quality!

I've shopped around and tried other products from other companies and can safely say this product is second to none for the relief of chronic pain, inflammation and for promoting a general sense of wellbeing. OUTSTANDING Customer Service with a lost order due to the bumbling fumbling ineptness of Royal Mail...
Was really surprised when i had a phone call from their C.S Agents to see if they had anyone in the local area to help me track down exactly where the parcel had been lost as im severely disabled and bed-bound so am very restricted in mobility yet the C.S.Agent advised me that she lived in S.E.London and might be able to help track down the parcel.
This is clearly NOT the Norm and the level of dedication, effort and energy spent like this was reassuring to say the least - got a customer for life here !!
