Decided to book this holiday, off the Travel Zoo site, Bryan of holiday jet was extremely helpful to get it all booked.

Just booked to go to Prague, for 4 nights with Keith who was brilliant, very professional and went out of his way to find the best deal and times for us to travel. Thank you..

Thank you to Keith at Holiday Jet for helping to book an amazing 4 night stay to Prague. Keith was very friendly, showed great transparency and was really knowledgeable.

Booked a city break in Budapest. Holiday Jet were great until things went wrong. On their recommendation I booked Royal Park Boutique Hotel. Rooms were tiny, filthy to the point of unhygienic and had zero faculties that one would expect in a 4 star hotel. First room was unacceptable, replacement room was worse. I asked Holiday Jet to help they could not or would not. Ended up booking another hotel at my expense and now fighting to get any compensation for a mis-sold, upsold hotel and mu added costs and ruined holiday. Holiday Jet are NOT ABTA members be careful
slowly but sure this is getting resolved by Holiday Jet

I’ve booked a trip to Prague this month and really looking forward to it.

He was able to swiftly deal with the usual tricky baggage issues that one is always faced with. Great advice and a free upgrade too.

Ann was very helpful and quick to book us a holiday, price was a little more than the deal said but we got good flight times and went on a weekend.

Just booked a 3 night stay in Prague on the phone with Keith from Holiday jet. He was very friendly with a good sense of humour. He was very honest and stated for the price we were paying we would get a basic twin bed room and for just £75 extra we could upgrade to a Kingsize bedroom with a beautiful view of the city. We are really looking forward to our trip and thank Keith for all of his help in ensuring we will have a lovely time

Keith was very helpful. It was ok to phone back after I’d thought about the deal, I wasn’t pressured. Options of upgrades offered with clear explanation of prices, but again no pressure. Option to pay deposit then instalments was handy. Nice to deal with someone by phone when booking a deal.
