My experience with Jack from Holiday Jet was very good as Jack was extremely helpful,patient and kind in dealing with me.

The booking process was really easy with Keith. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Holidayjet again.

Kieth scammed us, he told us we have late check out and when we came to check out at 4 o clock since our shuttle is picking us up at 4:45, reception said we have to pay for a whole extra day. Then when we call holiday jet Keith doesn’t ever pick up, his coworker picked up and started calling us stupid and blaming us when Kieth didn’t tell us to do anything

I have bin dealing with a gentleman called Jack, he's bin amazing I think I must have asked him a million questions but nothing was to much trouble, I had to change my holiday booking due to unforeseen circumstances but he has done it all , thanks Jack 😁

Bryan was amazing. Answered all my questions and advised me on excursions.

After responding to an advert on facebook i ended up chatting with JACK on whats app...he listened to what our requirements were and that it was a trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary...within a few minutes jack had given us cracking flights and hotel for an amazing price...thank you young man...andy

Just booked with Keith at Holidayjet. He has been really helpful and friendly. Got a great price. Also wanted to then get my father in law and his wife on the same trip. Keith got them a room next to us on the boat and quickly sorted it. Hopefully the holiday will go as smoothly!!

Awful experience with this company - changed our Hotel 3 times and Nile cruise ship twice. The ship King of Thebes was filthy no balcony paid extra for this no trip to Cairo given another £200 down food cause diarrhea and projectile vomiting for 6/12 travellers. Hotel down graded from 5* luxury with gourmet food to something more of a 3* with gristly food. Non of the staff very interested, no guide in resort to help us worst holiday I have ever had and this was for a special occasion. Company now stopped contacting any of us to help with this matter disgusting.
