Payment is overdue, Support never responded to any of my 4 Support Tickets.
Edit because of your reply: The Payment is overdue by 9 days now, i already opened multiple support tickets on your Site (for specific Ad Sizes because your Responsive Ads break my Site and more) and never got a reply on any of my Tickets.
Edit 2: Now someone contacted me and told me there was a problem with my Payment and they promptly sent it via Paypal. No reply on my question to get specific Ad Sizes tho

If you payment info is correct and your site doesn't violate our policy the payments can be expected the date we specify in automatic billing statement.

As we mentioned in your previous review we don't comment customer specific details in open forums. If a website has high level of fraud or invalid traffic Holid can not work with it.

Most of the leading SSPs pays sellers within 60-90 days because they need to receive revenue from advertisers. This is the reason why we have 60 days payment terms.

I have been a publisher at Holid since 2021
I have been a publisher at Holid for a long time, and I have absolutely nothing bad at all to say about them.
- The support is fantastic, with quick response even during holidays.
- They are always working on improving their product with new opportunities and ad formats, and are more than happy to involve and discuss this with their publishers.
- I have never experienced any issues whatsoever regarding payouts.
Since getting on board with Holid I have gradually moved more and more of my sites from other networks to Holid, and at this point almost all of them are using Holid for monetization.
I cannot recommend Holid enough! :)

Been in business with Holid for more than 3 years. Their support is excellent, you can always meet and get your questions answered quickly by helpful human beings. A variety of bidders are used to drive revenue while other aspects important to publishers, e.g. reports, EEAT and ad quality, are also highly prioritized. Payment to bank account has worked absolutely flawless.
