Netpub is a very good company..

Netpub is a very good company... they will give you payment on time but the one or two small problems are that there impression count is low...netpub team please give high impression count...and 2nd problem is there late reply on mail or no reply on mail...please give proper answers of mail...my netpub account is Umair hamza... bajwa32512

This is Purely a scam company for publishers..

They let you earn thousands of dollars you can't withdraw and when you're about to withdraw they ban your account and say its invalid traffic or whatever this is disgusting.. My traffic was very valid and not automated in any way.. Asked them to show me their proof? They can't!! Why the hell are other ad companies like adsense and etc not banning me and seizing my payments for invalid traffic? Netpub is a scam don't try it as a publisher!!

"Account Suspended After Simple Username Change Request"

I requested a simple username change on my Netpub account, but instead of helping, they suspended my account without any explanation. I didn’t violate any policy, and I was only asking for a small update. Their support never gave a proper reason or resolution. This is very disappointing and unprofessional, especially for users who are following all the rules. I hope they review my case and reactivate my account.

The statements made in your review are not accurate.
Netpub is not a social platform nor a gaming portal where nicknames, usernames or pseudonyms are allowed.
It is an advertising agency that must comply with strict transparency and regulatory standards.

Once registered on the platform, users are required to provide real, verifiable personal information, not fabricated data that could lead to undue advantages or the circumvention of compliance checks.

As with every Publisher on the platform, in order to meet KYS requirements, we requested the necessary documents to verify your identity. However, the documents you provided contained names completely different from those used during registration.

This situation cannot be considered a minor mistake, as you claim, but constitutes a serious violation of our Terms and Conditions, involving the use of false identity information, impersonation of a third party, and an attempt to bypass our verification procedures.

Account suspend small mistake

However, my account was not suspended for any fraudulent activity. The only issue was a minor name correction request, which your platform itself allows through email support. Instead of helping with the correction, my account was suspended immediately without any warning or verification request.

A fair platform should first allow the user to clarify or fix such minor issues before applying a full ban. I did not violate any policy intentionally, and I was not given any opportunity to correct the information.

I hope you review this process and introduce a clear warning or support step before suspension so that genuine users are not punished for small mistakes.

Trustpilot is not the appropriate place to discuss such matters in detail; however, we believe it is important to publicly clarify certain points in order to protect our company’s image and ensure transparency for other users.

The account in question was registered with false information and female references that do not match the identity of the alleged owner. Our ownership transfer procedure always requires verification of the identity linked to the account before any transfer can take place. This verification is subject to approval by our Abuse Team, which may decide whether to authorize the ownership change or request the creation of a new profile instead.

In this specific case, you provided only the documents of the new account holder, without presenting any proof or documentation related to the previous owner, as required by our procedures. Furthermore, the original data appeared to be incorrect or randomly generated, and no valid documentation was ever submitted despite multiple requests. We emphasize that providing false information or invalid documents constitutes a violation of our Terms of Use and may be considered a potentially fraudulent action.

Entering the details of a completely fictitious identity — including name, surname, country of residence, and address — cannot be dismissed as a minor error. Such behavior clearly represents impersonation, aimed at bypassing initial verification checks, and could be motivated either by profit (e.g., creating an account to resell it) or by attempting to avoid an immediate ban if the main identity had already faced account suspensions for previous violations. These actions are serious and will be assessed in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable regulations.

Even if the act was unintentional or due to an error, every action carried out through the account remains the sole responsibility of the user. Our Terms and Conditions are clear on this matter and allow for no exceptions.

Our support team has always provided clear and transparent guidance; nonetheless, the user has continued to spread inaccurate statements. We invite anyone seeking clarification or assistance to contact us directly through our official support channels, where we will be happy to provide further details while respecting privacy and company policies.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They still refuse to pay me the $500 they owe. Their "60-day payment rule" is just an excuse to delay paying you so they can make the maximum amount of money from your websites. Then, they will find any excuse not to pay.
From other reviews, I can see this is part of their strategy: make money by stealing publishers' earnings. If you insist on getting your money, they will have their lawyer threaten you. Notice that they only seem to use this strategy with publishers from Africa and Asia, knowing the legal systems there won't affect them. Be warned: a lot of their positive reviews are not real.

Scammer payment holder

I partnered with NetPub Media to run my website during May, but I have not received any payment for that period. Despite their stated Net-60 payment terms, they have withheld the full amount and failed to provide a clear explanation. After multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response.

The only justification given was a vague claim of "invalid traffic" or "bot traffic"a common excuse often used by dishonest networks to avoid paying publishers. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others in the industry to exercise caution when dealing with NetPub Media, as their practices raise serious concerns about transparency and trustworthiness.

they hold my 3 months payment around 8000$
with out any reason ,first they pay 2-3 months payment when they see become a big amount then block your account.

ci teniamo innanzitutto a sottolineare che l'utilizzo del nostro servizio è subordinato ai nostri termini e condizioni che hai accettato al momento della registrazione e al momento dell'aggiunta di un qualsiasi sito. Sai perciò benissimo che è severamente vietato utilizzare traffico non umano, traendone un vantaggio economico a scapito nostro e dei nostri partner.

Abbiamo diverse tecniche di prevenzione delle frodi che ci permettono di mantenere degli standard alti all'interno del nostro inventario pubblicitario.
Da dicembre abbiamo iniziato a monitorare dei pattern di grosse quantità di traffico che replicavano tutte le stesse azioni.
Andando a chiedere spiegazioni a molti publisher che avevano questo problema, ci è stato detto da questi ultimi che molte persone acquistano traffico da web agencies che lo vendono spacciandolo come traffico social e organico proveniente da search, per aumentare le visite ai siti web.
Purtroppo, parte di queste compagnie vendono traffico gestito da bot, sfruttando delle liste proxy e VPN per andare ad automatizzare le interazioni all'interno dei siti dei propri clienti.

Ogni publisher, nell'avviare campagne per l'incremento del pubblico del proprio sito web tramite search o social, è responsabile di verificare che il traffico che riceve sia reale e umano, consapevole del danno che può causare ai nostri advertiser.

Abbiamo ricevuto diverse prove da te e dalle persone a te affiliate in cui cercavate di giustificare le vostre azioni mediante screenshot di Google Analytics da cui si evince un flusso di traffico spooffato.
Anche Google, dipendentemente dal contratto, in caso di IVT, richiede indietro i pagamenti già effettuati nei 90 o nei 365 giorni precedenti.
Poiché, a differenza di come ci descrivi, siamo invece molto attenti alla qualità del nostro servizio, abbiamo a disposizione i log, le analitiche e le prove che affermano che parte o tutto il vostro traffico abbia compiuto queste azioni fraudolente.

Qualora voi non foste a conoscenza della qualità del traffico, siete stati a vostra volta truffati da queste web agencies che si dovevano occupare della crescita del vostro sito web invitando visitatori organizzanici, interessati e targettizzati, mentre invece vi hanno direttamente fornito traffico proveniente da datacenter, servizi di cloud e hosting, le più famose e comuni VPN e proxy.

Pertanto, a seguito di questa grossa analisi, che riguarda tutti gli account all'interno del network, possiamo affermare che il 90% delle frodi ricevute in questi ultimi due mesi, provengono da utenti con nazionalità Pakistan, i quali provengono a loro volta da grossi gruppi Whatsapp dove si organizzano queste tipologie di frodi, anche chiamate "LOADING".
I nostri team finanziario e legale hanno quindi determinato che non possiamo rilasciare pagamenti a persone che, consapevolmente o anche non consapevolmente, hanno messo a rischio il nostro ecosistema.

Il nostro team legale sta già provvedendo a contattare il team di Trustpilot per capire chi c'è dietro questa recensione diffamatoria, che ci vede segnalati come truffatori, quando noi siamo solo vittime di questa organizzazione basata in Pakistan.
Questo tipo di recensioni danneggiano la nostra immagine e, secondo la nostra giurisdizione, sono perseguibili penalmente, poiché alla fine di tutto, i truffati siamo noi di Netpub.
