I am usually delighted with the quality…
I am usually delighted with the quality of the hobbii things I order. Unfortunately, this latest order was so far beyond the quality I expect. I ordered the multi-coloured wool and almost every new colour had been knotted to join the wool. As other crafters know, when you're crafting to a deadline, and the previous wool had been good quality, you keep going. Unfortunately there were so many joins but given the time frame and amount of work I had already put in, I just continued. I contacted customer service but have not yet had a response. This is a baby blanket for a very precious friend but it won't be to the standard I like so I may have to pull it out and start again and the blanket won't get to my friend to bring her baby home in. I am going to rethink buying from hobbii again because of the poor quality and poor customer service.

Hello Glynn,
I am very sorry to hear about the quality of the wool you received! Looking into your account, I can see that our customer support team has resolved the issue by reshipping the replacement wool to you.
I do apologize that it took a few days for our team to respond to your initial message. While we always strive to reply as quickly as possible, we occasionally experience a high volume of incoming inquiries. In the future, we kindly ask that you allow our support team a couple of business days to get back to you so we can give every request the care it deserves.

Good quality products
Good quality products
If you are a knitter or crocheter their yarns and needles/hooks are good quality.
I love their knitting patterns, a lot of which are free or not expensive, well written and easy to follow.
Products arrive in the time frame they give you when ordering.
It feels like this site is run by people who love to knit as much as I do.
