I worked with Jamie and James on a property deal and right from the start of our strategy meeting both these guys have been professional, courteous and ultra efficient. I really liked the passion in which they follow up your case and keep you up to date every step of the deal. They even let me tap into their 'power team' which compliments their working style. Deal sourcers should always have client's interest at the core of a deal - both Jamie and James follow exactly that and they deliver it. I can 100% recommend them and advice you, dont just go with 5 star reviews here, get that 30min initial meeting with them and you can thank me later.

I have recently worked with Jamie on a project ( property sourced for me) and can honestly say would recommend to anyone, it wasnt just the property that was sourced for me jamie provided a service throughout the conveyancing to ensure the deal was completed - certainly hope to use again in the near future
