HM Chairs Omdömen

The condition of the chair was well beyond my expectations for a second hand chair, almost immaculate except for a couple of bits of paintwork rubbing.

Super fast delivery.

I cannot recommend enough.

The entire process, the communication, flexibility and the assistance during the collection was impeccable. I wish that there was more professionals that take pride in their work as HM Chairs team does. If I were to buy another office chair, or needing to recommend a supplier, HM Chair is definitely a place to go.

Chair in super good condition, super fast delivery and really friendly. Thanks a lot, highly recommend

Chair just as described. Issue with the delivery company but HM Chairs resolved this for me. Very satsified.

Great quality chairs and customer service, thanks to the team for delivering my Sayl!

Only the best things to say - super responsive, honest about what needs to be changed on the chair to bring it back to full working condition and cheaper than most of the other vendors out there.

Really helpful and very good value. So glad I found them as my office chair was fixed for a very reasonable price and no need to buy a new one.

I ordered spare parts for my HM chair and HM chairs shipped it internationally (to Germany) very fast and at a fair price. Article was well packaged and exactly as described. Very trustworthy seller!

Amazing chair for fraction of the price. I mean it's new from what I can tell even though supposedly it's used. Chair came in a big box, secured properly. This is professionalism at its finest. Thanks guys and highly recommended.

Chair arrived in about 2/3 days, it was packaged well and it was in great condition for a 2nd hand office chair.
Very pleased with my purchase.

Product is great....exactly as advertised the chair has made a big difference to workingbat home. Only criticism is it took twice as long as advertised for chair to reach me due to issues with their couriers.

Great seller, very committed to offer a high level of service. Due to some delivery issues, he arranged for.a private delivery and the Aeron chair arrived in a pristine condition. Love it! I should have bought this chair sooner, that’s the only regret! It’s so comfortable and the head rest gives the perfect rest for my neck. Thank you!

Great comunication and everything as described

great company, 5* service from start to finish and great product :)

Very good experience. I returned the chair, they organised for it to be collected and refunded me the money quickly.
Thanks!

Chair was GREAT, sitting in it right now!

5* treatment even when the courier makes mistakes, (the seller even refunded me some cash for the couriers error m) i've had my chair (mirra2) for a few weeks now and it handles my 18stone friend no problem, everyone who sits in it loves it. really nice experience all round ✌️

ps: i just guessed the exact date but it was the start of june i got mine.

Very happy with my purchase. The chair was as described and arrived in perfect condition. HM Chairs were very responsive to my questions and their replies were helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend.

This seller is a legend, he is really ready to find a solution and willing to help you. His chairs ( in my case an Herman Miller Aeron) are awesome at a really fair price. He is fast at delivery (I got some issues in customs but he helped me). Super responsive and happy to help you. Great guy 😁

Ordered replacement arm rests and castors for a Herman Miller chair. Even though these were described as used the condition was excellent. Parts arrived promptly and were well priced. Very happy with the purchase.
