HM Chairs Omdömen

I needed my Herman Miller Aeron chair repaired—one armrest needed reattaching and the back locking mechanism was faulty. Adam quickly took the chair apart, identified the issues straight away, and had all the necessary parts on hand. He even gave the chair a full service, and now it feels brand new! Excellent work, top company, and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Very affordable chairs with maybe one or two small quirks, which are all listed in the product description! Highly transparent company and fast delivery. Will be using again once I move house.

Great friendly service, great product and great price. Highly recommended.

Bought a refurbished Aeron Classic. Delivered within 48 hours. Honestly, it looks and feels brand new. Just perfect! I'm a very happy customer :)

Sold a Herman Miller Aeron chair to HM Chairs. They offered a good price and pickup. The payment was immediate. Very polite and efficient staff. The person who came for pickup took extra care to avoid damage to the wall as he carried the chair down to his van. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service, very good quality product for good price.
Highly recommend this company

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Adam was incredibly helpful making sure everything was correct with the chair I’d chosen. Many thanks

I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller chair from HM Chairs for my office, and it’s been a fantastic investment. The chair looks and feels practically brand new, and the comfort it provides is second to none. It’s made such a difference to my workday, especially during long hours at the desk. The team at HM Chairs were helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole buying process easy. Delivery was quick and the chair was well-packaged. I’m already considering ordering more for the rest of the office. Highly recommend their service and quality!

I received my Aeron Chair Size B in perfect condition, you honestly would not be able to tell it was second hand.

Sadly I had to return my chair due to it being too small.

So with this company I've gone through the ordering process and the return process alongside a concern of mine that I won't get into.

I can say through out everything the support and professionalism at HM Chairs has been outstanding, I am still going through a concern of mine but they have been with me every step of the way making me feel secure and valued as a customer, I will be doing further business with this company in the near future.

Highly recommend, from the shipping times, the quality of the chair and the customer support they offer, top marks.

Chair delivered quickly but more importantly it was perfect. I couldn’t find even a scratch as if it was brand new.

I was so happy when I found this company. I had been trying to buy casters for my Herman Miller chair for ages. Great find!

Absolutely fantastic chair! Exactly how it was advertised if not better. The kind man even put new wheels on them and the chair looks brand new, he was also very responsive and quick to reply and was friendly. Great addition to my office. I would definitely be getting one more from HM Chairs for my wife.

Excellent service including advice on the features of the chair. Many thanks.

Mo From HM chairs was absolutely brilliant with giving advice to me during my purchase. Also great communication all around. I love my new HM chair which has made a big difference to my back. Soon I’ll go back to get a headrest as well!

Got the chair on the same day!!!

Great advice and keen prices, with fantastic customer service. Went out of their way to provide exactly what I needed.

Very fast delivery, arrived next working day with a 1hr time slot. Chair really is in great condition. Would recommend

High quality product as expected and rapid delivery. Excellent customer service

Chair was as advertised and in excellent, clean condition. Packaged well and arrived in timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

The replacement used casters for my Aeron chair fit perfectly and roll smoothly and have returned the chair to its original ease of use. They were shipped very quickly.
