My grandfather, like his father before him, developed a deep, hands-on understanding of the textile industry. Cutting process to make it round cheaply done

What I received looked cheap. The Lace round tablecloth was not precisionally cut. It looked unfinished and a portion of the cutting by machine or hand to make a round tablecloth was left unfinished and hanging. This to me was incomplete and unprofessionally done. It was ordered through Kohls (Online) shopping and I returned it the next day after it was delivered to my local Kohl's Dept. Store who accepted the return with full refund.
