I had a great experience using HKLongd to purchase an item from Carousell HK!

They were very prompt and quickly provided a quote for my item, including fees and shipping. Fees and shipping were a little pricey, but overall very reasonable compared to other Proxy services I have seen/ used.

They were extremely helpful and communicative regarding my order and provided status updates throughout the process.

Shipping was very fast - only took 2 days from shipping notification to arriving to California. Packaging was very good and protective as well.

Very happy I trusted them with my purchase and would definitely use their services again.

i had a really great experience buying from hklongd, however there were a few downsides.

- i saw reviews saying they were communicative, they weren't really and i had to dm them on instagram for clear cut answers regarding my order
- the fees are hefty but i did end up paying way less for something in china than i would have to on other proxy sites/selling apps

Awesome service! I definitely recommend using Hklongd service when trying to buy something on the Carousell website. The person that helped me was very nice and helpful. They kept me updated with the product transactions and delivery. I got my order just in time for the holidays. I wish I knew about Hklongd sooner!
