Overall experience was great! Seller explained everything to me at beginning - how things go, what are costs, shipping time and when item will be shipped from him that he'll notify me. Everything was as he said and soon as he received item he provided me with picture per my request. Seller is genuine human who is kind, humble and tries his best to help both parties achieve what they want. Definitely 5 STARS experience and reason to return if opportunity shows again.

I just want to start off by saying this Asia proxy service is so amazing! Recently tried them for the 1st time to order 2 jackets from Taiwan and have them shipped to the US (got them today in the mail) and it was a splendid service! IMO it was a fast and safe delivery compare to other proxy services I've used! Super satisfied, definitely worth it! So glad I was able to find a reliable and safe proxy service! Like many of us I was unsure wether to trust the many online buyers, I suppose that's why you're reading this review.
Quickly and firstly, amazing service.
They quickly checked my messages, double checked exactly what I wanted. Sent a full breakdown of cost, and then ordered and sent what I asked for and sent it to me. Perfect job

In detail I am not super IT literate and all the DM, PM, reddit etc confused me. But I did a google search, entered a message through a message board and the people at HKLONGD talked me through the process.
I sent a picture of the websearch showing the items I wanted and the staff at HK did the rest. They produced a short list confirming what I wanted, they checked twice. Then they ordered it. They then sent me a picture of the goods they had bought on my behalf. They then sent the goods to me, it was Christmas and snowing and customs delayed my package but the tracking provided was easy and the staff at HK assured me of the process. When it arrived there was customs duty to pay, but they clearly stated this was my responsibility. So I paid that and my parcel arrived, well packaged, and exactly what I wanted.
Given the choice I would not use a proxy service and i would just go without, but my son is autistic and recently gone blind. He wants toys that he remembers seeing on youtube or that his friends have. The problem is that these toys are out of production, or not available in uk.
So I chose to try to buy these from abroad. Like most things, I find that quality has a monetary cost. I accepted I wanted to buy these items so I wanted a trusted first class service, because I knew it would be expensive.
But everything considered, cost, communication, service fee, postage and the ability to buy a plastic (but irreplaceable) toy, from half way round the world, I feel that I got a great service.
This is a company truly trustworthy on every level. The length of this review should at least confirm it's a genuine review. Thank you for the first class job, Staff at HKlongd, you have an extremely happy child a two very greatful parents.

I needed some items from Shopee Malaysia, and Hklongd was able to get them. They kept me updated a lot, and their responses were very quick. They took pictures of my items before shipping it to me. I highly recommend Hklongd to anyone looking to get overseas items!

I heard about this service in some random reddit forum because someone bought from carousell. I write them and test it out, they are really patient and one item they couldt get so i get my money back and the delivery was really fast. I life in Europe, Austria and it only took 3 days to arrive!! Its faster then when i bought something from Germany. Thats just awesome!! i will use that service again!!

I was pretty anxious about using HKLongD since I'd never heard of them before and most reviews didn't give much detail. Everything worked out fine!

I ordered a single collectible plush doll from Shopee Taiwan. Responses were prompt, usually within a day or within minutes if our timezones aligned. They patiently answered my many questions. I also requested a photo of my item before shipping and they were happy to oblige.

There WAS a mix-up with shipping, where they accidentally shipped using a cheaper/slower shipping method than what I had paid for. I found out about this after asking for confirmation about which shipping method they used. Once they were made aware of the issue, they very quickly refunded me the difference in shipping fees. I received my item about a week later in perfect shape.

Overall a very good experience! Fees are on the pricier side IMO, but it's tough to find proxies for Asian countries (except Japan lol) and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend them for helping secure overseas items.

I had an amazing experience working with hklongd! They were extremely communicative and were able to source two very specific items for me from two specific vendors (a tea pot and a handmade bamboo birdcage) with no issues! They communicated frequently with me the day they went to purchase and sent photos to ensure they had gotten the right items. They also provided tracking and everything was wrapped extremely securely and arrived in one piece and kept in touch with me the entire time.
