It's nice to attend a property/investment event which includes family & not just guys in grey suits. Convivial atmosphere, relaxed & friendly & met some interesting people, some of whom I also met last year, so feel connected with them.
Met up with David again & it's great to communicate with humans when all too often, we only encounter "AI", those heartless interfaces.
Good food and drinks a plenty too.
