Might be one of the best casinos out there. Customer service helped me with one issue and there's new games every now and again. The tournaments prizes are good.

I was a lucky winner
Well, I just can say good things about Hippodrome Casino because I won a decent amount of money with only £100 deposit. Withdrawal was fast and Chat Support was really nice (thanks for your help Kate, by the way). Maybe I was just lucky but the overall experience was very nice :D

Very good casino in aspects. best online support . Will answer any questions, very quick to respond and very friendly. Payment from withdrawal is quick. Finally plenty of bonuses.
The only thing to beware of- is bonuses are added automatically added which for me i like! If you are wanting to play straight money it is worth contacting support before depositing.

Scandalous joining practices
I joined Hippodrome and deposited £40 which they matched as a promotion. When I tried to withdraw my winning they said I had to spend OVER £7000 with them before I could withdraw any winnings
I left it a while and decided to try them one more time as I liked some of their slots & deposited £20 being careful not to select any promotions. To my suprise when I went in to the game there was £40 . I felt concerned that it was now all play money. Again I won and again I can't withdraw. So, this is how it works.
1 - advertise a great match fund promotion
2 - let the player win and get hooked
3 - refuse to pay out winnings until you spend your initial deposit by nearly 400 times
4- keep deposit.
Cost to Hippodrome - £0 . It is smoke and mirrors. I am £60 worse off which they now have, multiply this by all the other poor suckers and you are talking £000,000's. I may have lost it playing on a real game, but as I won easily on both my first and second log ins I realise they are not real games - just something to make you believe you are playing whilst they fleece you.

consistent, friendly and generous
hippodrome is reliable and trustworthy, I have made 3 successful withdrawals from them since opening the account just a few months ago, no quibble, no fuss. I use the 24 hour live support frequently to save time if I am unsure of any details and I have never been disappointed, I am always offered new bonuses, free spins etc and that's along side the deposit bonuses. of course they all have wagering requirements as standard but you're almost guaranteed a win. Don't be greedy though and be patient because I browsed the casino via the mobile app just the other day and discovered 30 free spins on my favourite game that I had no idea about, I soon noticed they had sent me an email notifying me of a 'little surprise' in my account.
