Update: HipHop juice are communicating with real intent to set it right so I must praise them for this and my rating reflects this. Relax HipHop, wether I take up your offer or not your feedback since is respectful which is greatly appreciated.
Waited 3 weeks and the item was still not despatched, seller did not respond to enquiry / reason or fulfil the order.

I did get in touch via PayPal, you did not respond so I escalated to PayPal dispute which I was granted a refund within 1 day.
Yes Busby is my Trustpilot name , not the name which I purchased!

5 star customer service
Ordered a build stand and bottle opener which both work very well indeed. Opener opens them all and build stand is nice and heavy to build on.
There was an issue with delivery which I must stress was a royal mail issue and not the fault of hip hop. I sent 1 email and not 10 minutes later I was called by hip hop offering apologies and he immediately sent my items out again along with a cpl of 10ml sample flavors which having tried I will definitely be getting again.
On the whole I thoroughly recommend purchasing from hip hop, fantastic customer service and am looking forward to trying some more of their juice

Honestly, the best personalised service - always happy to jump on a call with me to break down the full flavour profile, new hardware and general support.
I have tried local vape shops and other manufacturers, and no one even comes close.

Absolutely ridiculous delivery…
Absolutely ridiculous delivery timescales, ordered a replacement glass for my unity rta 1 week ago, still not arrived. Royal mail tracking gives no information that is of us. Paying £3 for delivery and 1 week goes by with no item is shocking.
