I can’t praise Hillier Funeral Service enough! In the past four months my sisters and myself have used this company to organise services for our aunt and both of our parents. It has been a difficult time!
All of the staff have been kind, considerate, sensitive and understanding throughout.
Kelvin, who we dealt with most of the time, has been absolutely amazing with us. He has ensured that our wishes have been met whilst offering guidance to us to ensure that our relatives get the best service possible.
I have been so impressed that I have decided to purchase pre-paid funeral services for my wife and myself. With so many pressures on young people today it seems right to remove this financial and organisational worry when the time comes. Hopefully in the very distant future!

Hilliers Funeral Service provided a first class service for our mum’s funeral, from the first phone call, everything thing was explained clearly, putting us in touch with Celebrant to take the service, who was lovely, advising on options available such as a photo montage to music at the crematorium, which was put together quickly and efficiently and was a beautiful tribute, flowers which looked stunning, order or service book, which we will treasure, they called a few days before the funeral to explain what would be happening & when the hearse and limousine arrived on the day, the cars were gleaming, everyone looked so smart & were so professional and respectful. In all, it made a very sad day a little easier to bare, Hilliers come very highly recommended from me.

From the initial phone call all the way through till after the funeral I felt we were looked after amazingly well, with sensitivity, respect and guidance. The only disappointment was having to watch the wrong photo up on the screen during the funeral which wasn't actually Hilliers fault, but the fault of the company doing the photos so I have still given 5 stars. Despite changing our minds regarding several details, they were so patient and understanding.

Professional, compassionate throughout the whole process. Extremely accommodating with visits to see our loved one. They all just made the situation feel easier.

Thank you to Hillier Funeral Service for arranging the funeral of my late husband. This was, of course, a very difficult time for my family, but the whole process was handled very well. The team at Hilliers were very helpful right from the moment we first contacted them. John was our point of contact and he was great. Any query or question we had they dealt with very quickly. They were very friendly but treated us in a respectful manner, at the Chapel of rest, crematorium and during our church service. They recommended Hugh to conduct the crematorium service and he helped us prepare a lovely service. Kyle even ran to the car to grab a brolly for my Aunt when we got caught in the rain at the church yard.

My lovely father passed away during Covid at the end of May and having never arranged a funeral before and particularly in these difficult times, I was unsure where to start. As my parents lived in Swindon, I looked up local funeral services and found Hillier.
Straight away I was impressed by how kind, attentive and efficient they were. I did a Zoom meeting 3 days later and dealt with Tamara who made it personal but easy. She included everything that my Mum and I asked for and it was all dealt with competently but with care and empathy . The cost was also very fairly priced.
