Excellent product and service

Really happy with the TV frame, which cleverly transforms into a beautiful piece of artwork when not in use - it’s genuinely elevated the whole look of the room. From quote through to completion, the service from Frame Your TV was brilliant. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional, which made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free.

The quality of the frame itself is excellent and looks even better in person. The transition from artwork to TV is smooth and effortless. Overall, really happy with both the product and the service. Highly recommend!

Great experience!

Great experience from start with their very professional and helpful staff.
We choose one of their contemporary frame for our TV and I can say that we are very happy with and does look amazing in our living room. Very good quality.
Definitely, we will go back and get one for our bedroom TV.

I just had my Mirror TV installed by Frame Your TV. The team was exceptional, from the sales process to the installation, making it so easy for me to make my choice and to understand what are the differences in styles and specifications.
The installation went smoothly and the installers were very professional at all times. Would definitely purchase more TVs and highly recommend Frame Your TV.

Excelent experience

We have been working with Frame Your TV for a few years now.
Every project we had has had an improvement in the way that they have dealt with our order.
They are comfortable to meet your customer directly in the showroom, while still maintaining the profesionalism you are expecting and working with you to raise an offer for the customer.
Our first project with Frame Your TV was when they opened their first showroom in Stanmore and we can say that compared to then, they now have an improved system, where they offer drawings and keep in touch with you or your customer during production, either sending drawings or verifying small details to help them make sure the product they are installing works with what you build on site.

Very long lead time

Very long lead time. No communication. Now have waited 9 weeks (originally told 4 to 6 weeks) and we have not received any drawings or even confirmation of the image we asked for is available. If we don’t call them we get no information.
Told the frame was delayed and the same day that it is finished

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to read this, and would like to clarify the details of this project for accuracy.

At the time of order, the agreed lead time was 10 weeks, clearly outlined within both the invoice and order confirmation. The 4–6 week timeframe referenced here does not relate to the bespoke piece commissioned in this instance, but to alternative, standard items.

In line with our process, detailed drawings were prepared and shared prior to manufacture, ensuring the design was fully approved before production commenced. The piece was then completed and delivered within the agreed timeframe, ahead of Easter, as scheduled.

We would also note that this review was published before the project had reached completion, at a point when the order was already progressing in line with the agreed schedule. While we understand that periods of limited updates can feel frustrating, the project was at no stage outside of its confirmed lead time.

At Frame Your TV, we take great care to set clear expectations from the outset and to deliver considered, made-to-order pieces to that schedule. We welcome all feedback; however, it’s important that it reflects the full and accurate context of the project.
