Took our Shar Pei to a group session. We learned so much from these guys just from one session. We have spoilt our boy and realised we are the problem! after one session there is such an improvement in how we communicate with him and how he responds. Thank you!

We both learnt soooooo much today :) had nooo idea how to communicate properly with my German shep but now I do and she listened straight away :) so simple but so effective!!

and my 10yo loved it too we are looking forward to next session can't wait 😁🩷🙏🏽

I had reached out to a handful of dog trainers for my boy Kartel who’s main issue is pulling on the lead when walking. Those dog trainers focused on training via zoom/teams and it just wasn’t what I or Kartel needed. Then my mum recommended Kay! Kay is THE BEST trainer I have ever come across. She made me feel relaxed and hopeful that Kartel’s pulling on the lead can be corrected. In one session she was able to get us communicating and moving in sync with each other. We were able to create boundaries and Kay talked me through how the issue occurred and gave me a plan of what we’ll achieve in our sessions. 5 stars just isn’t enough, if I could give her 10 stars then I would. Thank you so much Kay! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Highly recommend, great training and so informative. it's as much of a training for me as it is for my dog, if not more for me. We've had different training before but Kay and Mayti put us back on track, with more focused corrections and pointing out the errors. We've still got a way to go but we're on the right path. The packages are great value and you get support in between, you can share videos for feedback etc.
Really thankful for finding these two.

Kay and Mayti helped us with Kai. He has been good since home. Still a long way to go and keep up with the training but walking wise he is like a new dog. Not dreading to take him out with him just constantly pulling, no engagement and lack of impulse control.

Thank you very much for not only training Kai but also taking care of him and treating him like your own!

As always we had another great session with Kay to end our package. It was intense and we had a lot to take in but we feel like we have the tools to help us get our dog to where we want him to be. 🩷

Kelton seems to be very happy after his time with you…as he only came home yesterday, I haven’t had the chance to do any training with him, but after the session I had yesterday, he seems to have made good progress+I am happy with his progress so far!!! Thank you to Kay+Mayti for all their hard work they put in with Kelton!!!

Kay and Mayti came to visit our 17 month big boy who has been reactive with new visitors and on walks, he has a lot of fixation too. Kay explained exactly where we were going wrong and how our lack of boundaries in the home were leading to the majority of his behavioural problems. We were loosing hope until their visit and even though we know he needs a lot more work and training to help him we as a family feel a lot more hopeful that we can fix ourselves to help our boy with his training. We look forward to our further working with them both and can’t thank them enough.

We had a great 2nd session with Mayti! I needed a refresher session to break the bad habits. Loved every session so far. More disciplined dog & a more relaxed owner.

Both my baby and I have thoroughly enjoyed these sessions. Kay and Mayti are extremely knowledgeable and shares their expertise in a manner that is easy to follow and fun. Excellent training, advice on aspects of dog and my behaviour. Kay and Mayti helped us to understand our gorgeous Diva and how we should work with her.
Such a big difference in Diva behaviour since we work with Hightailk9. We have seen a massive improvement each session.

We had our final session from our Obedience package with Mayti yesterday. Cooper's such a different dog and I have totally changed too! These sessions have been invaluable and built a stronger bond, trust and confidence between us. Can't thank Mayti enough! I look forward to seeing more pack/ group sessions in East London please!! Would love to still work with you guys and help my big Dogue de Bordeaux meet new dog friends.

I had my first one hour session with Mayti on the park, and I couldn’t belive the dog I went home with. He would pull, jump up at people by the end of the session we manage to go home with him walking close to me and not jumping up. I also got clear instructions and homework to work on with my dog. I’m looking forward to more sessions.

Kay and Mayti were very helpful and informative, they tell you the truth and not what you want to hear and after their session today we’re feeling a lot more positive for Topaz’s training and know we’re doing it properly… looking forward to carrying on her training throughout the week and getting feedback from them.

Both Mayti and kay always give you the confidence to do more and do better showing you the best way to fix whatever the issue maybe on this occasions we worked on recall and engagement really enjoyed this session and came away feeling even more confident

We started training with hightails a couple months ago and are 4 sessions in. Honestly, going to these guys has been absolutely life changing! We have a cane corso puppy (Benji) and had a month till our baby was due. Benji was always pulling on the lead, didn't really listen to us in the house, would do what he wants, nips (all the things you don't want from a large breed especially when you have a baby on the way).

We have seen a massive improvement each session. After the first session Benji learned to walk alongside us without pulling.

Our second session was a home visit where Kay helped us to understand exactly why Benji was behaving the way he did - it wasn't him, it was us and the lack of boundaries we enforced. Since this session we have seen such a huge improvement in his behaviour. Guests are able to come round and not worry about being nipped or having their clothes ripped.

Speaking to Kay we understood that Benji is a working breed and the nipping is something in his breed. He wants to bite and we should allow him to exert that in the right environment. We decided to move our package from Golden pup plus to protect plus and begin protection work with him. The admin was very helpful in allowing us to swiftly move from one package to another.

Our third session consisted of some advanced obedience, recall and working with distractions (mainly other dogs) and forth continued with advanced obedience and bite work.

These sessions have been training sessions for us as owners rather than Benji himself.

Only had 1 session out of 5 so far, but after less than a week we are already noticing improvements with our dogs lead walking. Kay was really informative and knowledgable and told us a lot about our dogs behaviour. Really looking forward to our next few sessions and hopefully having a well trained pup very soon!

Great experience with the kay and Mayti. My dog isn't pulling on the leash plus listens. I'm super happy with the work so far. I just need to make sure I continue with the advice and methods shown to me.

I recently had an incredible training session with HighTail for my beloved dog, Bear. The experience was enlightening and profoundly beneficial. Kay(the trainer) expertly guided me on improving my communication with my dog, which I found immensely helpful.

One of the key areas we focused on was teaching my dog to understand leash pressure. This was a game-changer! It significantly reduced his tendency to pull on the lead, making our walks much more enjoyable and less stressful. I learned so much from this session, and it's evident in how my dog now behaves on walks.
