Diese Seite ist ein Scam. Wollte mir mehrmals mein erspieltes auszahlen lassen, was faktisch nicht möglich ist.
Anfangs wollten die als Identitätsnachweis Daten, was ja völlig in Ordnung ist. Danach Bilder von Dokumenten, was ich auch noch nachvollziehen kann. Naja weiteres wollten die Bestätigung das es sich auch um mein Bankkonto handelt obwohl ich mit dem selben eingezahlt habe, ohne irgendein Nachweis.
Zu guter letzt wollten die auch noch ein 3D Selfie, was nicht funktionierte, weder auf meinen Laptop, noch auf meinem oder einem anderen Handy.
Da stand immer ihre Kamera funktioniert nicht. Na so ein Zufall. Auf keinem Gerät. Trotzdem Fehlersuche und Support vom Chat-bot. Also ich den Chat-bot wiederholt geschrieben habe das ich Kontakt zum Support(Mensch) will kam immer die selbe Antwort leicht verändert nämlich, ich bin dazu konfiguriert dir zu helfen sag mir dein Anliegen.
Und die Spiele absoluter Scam. Die bonus/freispiele die man während der Spiele freischaltet sind zu 80% nix. Egal welche slot games. Sobald die einsätze erhöht werden nur lose. Bei minimum einsätze deutlich höhere gewinn chance!
Und chicken road größte Abzocke die ich jemals gesehen habe.
Mein Fazit:” Vorsicht an Alle die hier zocken wollen, gibts bessere Seiten”

I won about €20,000 at this casino, requested a withdrawal of €500, passed KYC verification (twice), saw information in my personal account that I had passed verification, and received an email.
The withdrawal was cancelled and my account was blocked.
After contacting customer support, I received the following response:

Lohnzettel abgelehnt, E-Wallet Screenshot abgelehnt, Kreditkarten-Rechnung der letzten 3 Monate abgelehnt, keine Rückmeldung was sie genau von mir wollen, nur eine unfreundliche Dame im Livechat die die gleichen Alibi-Parolen wiederholt...Fraglich, ob ich das Geld jemals erhalten werde.
edit: Nach ewigem hin und her wurde endlich ein Dokument akzeptiert und alles ausbezahlt.
