End of a 35 year rleationship with our vet.
Well, this is very sad, I had at least expected others to have written reviews here, but it appear we are the first! Why sad? Well after 35 years of having our pets cared for by a vet that now belongs to this group today, we have had to write a formal complaint about the management of our account. They have charged us for an amount for which they cannot demonstrate we owe. We now have a letter threatening that this will be forwarded to a debt collection agency!
Some words of balance though, over those 35 years the clinical care of our pets has been very good but that relationship is now at an end and we will seek another vet.
