Not used the product yet buy it looks sturdy. I like the fact that it’s compact and the base is heavy giving good support. It took longer than two weeks for delivery but at least the box wasn’t damaged and arrived in one piece.

Website says it will support the weight of my phone but it doesn’t which makes things a little annoying.

To return, please email our customer support. Kindly note you have 60 days from the date of receipt of your order to make the return. Beyond this period, we will no longer be able to accept and refund you. We're also keen to get your feedback on the other functionalities as we think the 1-star over-all rating seems a bit much. I really wanted to like this but it hangs down at an angle which puts all my shots off. Don’t have time to wait for a replacement to be processed and shipped from China so I’m stuck with this.
Edit: Yes, as stated in my review I could have returned this product but cannot wait for literal weeks for equipment so am stuck with this. If I want to keep my place in the algorithm I have to be posting something. The item is faulty and had to ask if they had any suggestions and was offered a workaround of shoving something in the joint. I was not offered a partial refund on the faulty product they sent. I’m just stuck with something that doesn’t work great for the very purpose it’s designed for. I understand they are disheartened at a negative review but the product doesn’t work the way it should, I’m stuck with it, and so negative review it is. Again, I REALLY was so ready to love this product.

Hi Tiffany. We have offered a replacement when you first emailed us in July 10. Before we can initiate a replacement, the product has to be returned first however you were not amenable to this. We're at a stalemate because on one hand we were willing to send a replacement and on the other you did not want to return the current product. WWe also sent you ways how you can manage as you were very keen. We sent that email last July 13. We have sent 2 follow up emails since but we have not heard back from you. We are caught off guard and disheartened
by this review as we have made accommodations in the best way we can.

I simply adore my Olivia
I simply adore my Olivia, and can’t fathom how I’ve managed without it! She makes life easier, and I love that she’s so compact and pretty! It’s a tripod, and a ring light and everything you need in a box you can fit in your bag!

Great experience
Great experience. I was a bit scared of facing a scam, with a dodgy item or no delivery at all. I was pleasantly surprised with the communications : as soon as the order is received, I got an email to use Olivia properly when I receive it. Delivery took 2 weeks, which is not disturbing as I received an email warning about a little delay following the change of logistics laws, etc. I'm very happy about my Olivia ! It's exactly as advertised. The icing on the cake was a very reactive and friendly support. Thank you !

Great product!
Was sceptical of buying something off of Instagram but was pleasantly surprised. The Olivia is sturdy, compact and does everything it advertises. Great for small spaces or putting in a backpack etc.
Customer service replied straight away when I had an issue opening it initially.
Very happy!

I was quite impressed in how many lighting options there are. The phone holder is pretty strong and deep so you don’t have to take out the phone from its case to place it on the holder like some other stands out there. I love how long it can extend so no need to pile books or find a bench. This little thing is pretty darn cool, I highly recommend.

The structure of the product felt…
The structure of the product felt flimsy and a bit wobbly. The base was not heavy enough to remain stable when I attached my phone and leaned forward slightly from the weight of my phone. It was slight and might not bother some people but it was enough to bother me. I returned it a few weeks ago and still waiting for my refund.

Did respond to email in a kind way unfortunately I would like to return it as it can't take the weight of Iphone 13 pro max. I mounted both ways and it did not stand level. Bummer

We asked for photos but we have not heard back from you since June 10th and we have sent you a separate email to follow through as well and we are awaiting your feedback. We also sent a Hey Paparazzo signed SMS but you didn't recognise the whole message. When you have the time, please read through the email messages we sent and we look forward to hearing back from you. We have a formal returns process and we already asked for details from you in the emails we sent and we have yet to hear back from you.
