Did respond to email in a kind way unfortunately I would like to return it as it can't take the weight of Iphone 13 pro max. I mounted both ways and it did not stand level. Bummer

Hi Suzanne, you sent us a an email in June 10th and we responded within 30 minutes. We asked for photos but we have not heard back from you since June 10th and we have sent you a separate email to follow through as well and we are awaiting your feedback. We also sent a Hey Paparazzo signed SMS but you didn't recognise the whole message. When you have the time, please read through the email messages we sent and we look forward to hearing back from you. We have a formal returns process and we already asked for details from you in the emails we sent and we have yet to hear back from you.

Olivia's content creator's bundle is in…
Olivia's content creator's bundle is in all in one package for the mobile content creator. It comes with two different lights to provide the right lighting for whatever I'm recording from my phone. The flexibility of the stand is awesome and covers any angle that I need. Only downside is my phone is a little heavy so I need to support the end if I have the stand fully extended. Setup is simple and connects to the phone easily. I hope a tablet version comes out eventually because I like looking on bigger screens but thats a personal thing. Overall its a quick way to record and create content on the go without the hassle of having tons of baggage.

They informed me on why there was a delay and were super polite and friendly. Sent me helpful product videos and tips and it didn't take much longer to get to me, was just as advised and works fantastically.

Nothing ever arrived
Nothing ever arrived. I checked with their delivery service and they don't care and have been messaging for days. I wasted my money.
Edit: They offered to ship the item out again. I didn't know that they would, so I wrote the one star review because I was upset. I'm sorry that the item needs to be paid for twice by them, but I do feel like they seem to care.

Hi Heather. The parcel was delivered but it appears to have been stolen. We have been corresponding with you even before you wrote this review and we already mentioned we are in the process of making a replacement even though the parcel was stolen. We don't normally replace if the parcel was delivered but subsequently stolen, but we're making an exception.
We use a local agent for the delivery because we are an independent business. We don't have our own deliver fleet to complete all local deliveries.

I am impressed with the entire ordering process, the quality of my Olivia, the instructions and follow-through during the shipping process. Paparazzo continually kept me informed of the shipping status of my order. The detailed instructions were very helpful, as opening everything up the first time is not super intuitive. That's where the instructions provided were important. I would recommend this product to my friends.

It is disheartening to see a feedback pertaining to the product when it was due to a configuration issue, which was to swivel the phone holder into the right position for overhead. The best stand for my videos! As a baker I needed something small and reliable and this is it! I can’t wait to begin using it. The lights are great as well! I can take this with me literally anywhere.
Only thing is that I wanted a pink one. I thought that’s what I asked for but I got a white one but I’m not mad, it’s cute and perfect!

Video shoots are great with Olivia
The Olivia is really a nice device for holding my iPhone 13 Pro and getting great video of me working on my artworks. The iPhone is heavy and it does cause the Olivia to tip forward and so it slants a bit and still photos look wonky. I tried to remedy that effect by placing a shim under its front base but that did not work.
I can live with it as it because the main reason I ordered it was so I can use it for reels on IG and other video. The shipping and packing was great and the directions are easy to use.
