Needed some help and their customer service was amazing. Lights and lovely, app it simple and easy to use. Would highly recommend

I always like to come back and leave a review for something I buy on a whim from instagram - especially when the brand isn’t well known and the items are expensive. Yes the ambient lights are expensive and yes they have a cord. The cord is attached at the part of the light that would normally face The Wall so when you look at it, you can’t see the cord at all which makes them as aesthetically pleasing as you see on their website. Literally took 30 seconds to set them up. The app is simple basic perhaps compared to other lights but seems to do the job you can set a routine you can set the level of lighting. You can change the colour both lights connected with no issue they’ve remained connected, so yeah, I’m pretty happy with them. I know that the app is produced by mix tiles the people that do the pictures so I suspect that this company is part of the wide mixtiles brand which also gives reassurance that this isn’t some lightweight dodgy scam light shop from Temu. It’s not the lights are a great quality. Yes they’re expensive but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again.

Excellent product. I have been wanting to get these lights for many months, but I couldn't justify the price. I recently received an email from Oasis giving me a 10% discount, which I used to finally order the lights. Sure, not a high discount, but it was a little something to motivate my purchase. I still feel like it's a bit overpriced product, but I can confirm that it is very nice mood/ambient lighting. It makes my rooms stand out and feel like you're at a resort or a nice restaurant. They're very easy to use and set up. App is very easy to maneuver as well. I do wish the cord was thinner or less visible, but not necessarily a big deal as I was able to work around it.

I love the way these function and the coziness that they bring to my home.

The Oasis lighting really changes the whole ambience in my apartment! Really cozy and inviting. I have tons of sunlight in my place during the day, so I don't need any lights on at all until close to sunset. I always had most of my lights on dimmer switches to create a cozier feeling in the late evenings, but it never accomplished what the Oasis lighting system did. Delivery was quick, and customer service was amazing when I contacted them with questions, and to order some more ambients for other rooms. I'm hooked!

First of all I love this lighting system which has transformed my home into a place of beauty. In addition, their technical and customer support is beyond anything I have ever experienced. They were response and kept in touch with me instead of my having to always initiate communication. I had some glitches which they addressed quickly, sent me new items and even scheduled a video call to straighten everything out. If you want your home taken to another level in ambience, this is the company to go to.

The lights are so easy to set up. I love the Candle light setting in the evening. I bought 4 starter pack, buying another 4.

I think that the light system has a lot of potential if you can figure out the best placement. Five stars for incredible customer service.

The package was damaged and items missing. I had a new package imeaciatly dispatched. Love the effect the lights give. The only diwn side is I dont think thry connect to an other smart house hold app to integrate with other systems but still impressive product

We love our oasis lights! They provide the perfect warmth to our living room. We got 2 ambients and a lightbulb for our lamp and love that they’re all in sync and scheduled. Definitely get them if you’re on the fence!

I bought 2. I won’t fluff about it . The built is excellent as soon as you hold it you can feel quality. The function is amazing , the light shades are natural and really pleasant , automation and app integration simple with no issues at all, customer service excellent. I’m considering buying more. 5 stars *

Really easy purchasing experience, fast delivery and fantastic product. They were super easy to set up and integrate with my Alexa, and they look amazing!

I really wanted to love the lights, and I do but the app is terrible. You can’t turn the cycles completely off so the lights will come on even you don’t want it. The support team shared I’m not the only one with the issue and suggested what other customers do is to unplug them while not in use.

I have no words for how obsessed I am with these lights. They’re so cozy and wonderful and the app is very easy to use! You can choose from several light shades and the app makes it so easy to control lighting through your whole apartment. Not to mention customer service is incredible. Don’t even think just purchase these you will not regret it.

I picked up two ambient lights and three standard bulbs as a more affordable alternative to the Hue setup I had in my old place. The ambient lights are fantastic—they have a really sleek design and paired effortlessly with my Alexa to make the living room feel super cozy. While I ran into a bit of a snag pairing the regular bulbs at first, the Oasis support team walked me through the fix, and they’ve been flawless ever since. Plus, a recent app update added the granular scheduling I was looking for. I’m really happy with these and definitely plan on buying more!
