Easy ordering, lovely personalised gifts. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for her 30th Birthday, I contacted HBD for delivery timescales and the replies from customer service were excellent, friendly informative and accurate. Very nice quality, although I would prefer the necklace to have a larger circle to hook the clap into. It is very difficult to put on since the circle on the chain is so tiny.

Bought the Personalised Name & Cross…
Bought the Personalised Name & Cross Layered Necklaces Set as a gift for my sister. Her name has an unusual character: the Latin letter I with a diacritic of two dots. I contacted HBD support to ask if this would be ok, and got an almost immediate response saying it was no problem. The necklace arrived within 3 days and is absolutely beautiful. It came in a lovely drawer style jewellery box as well. She loved it! I would definitely highly recommend this company for quality, speed and excellent customer service. Many thanks!

I’m extremely disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I paid extra for priority delivery, yet I still haven’t received my package. After several failed attempts to contact the courier, I was told they received the shipment with incomplete information and no phone number. However, I had already filled in all shipping details (including my phone number) on the online store when I placed the order. I’m frustrated that the order was handed to the courier without the necessary information. Now they’re asking me to pay an additional 55 AED (~$15) even though I already paid for delivery, and they claim the shipment didn’t show that shipping was paid. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering again.

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially after paying for priority delivery.
I’ve checked the tracking for order #36842 and it shows three delivery attempts were made within the priority delivery timeframe, but the courier marked them as no answer.
I also want to be transparent that we don’t have a phone number recorded on the order on our side. If you’d like, we can resend a copy of the order details to show exactly what we received. That said, a missing phone number on its own wouldn’t usually prevent delivery, so we want to understand why the courier is saying the shipment had incomplete information.
I can confirm shipping was paid via our account. The only extra charges that are sometimes requested on arrival are local customs/import duties or carrier handling fees. If the courier is claiming shipping wasn’t paid, we can provide proof and raise this directly with them.
Please contact our customer service team via the website with your order number and, if possible, a screenshot of the fee request from the courier so we can investigate and get this resolved.
Sorry again for the experience so far, and thank you for giving us the chance to look into this properly.

Absolutely stunning bracelet! The solid silver has a beautiful weight to it and feels incredibly high quality. The craftsmanship is excellent, with a smooth, elegant finish that catches the light perfectly. It looks even better in person than in the photos and feels durable enough for everyday wear while still being classy and timeless. I’ve received so many compliments already. It arrived well packaged and exceeded my expectations, the name engraved bracelet was done so quick, couldn’t be happier with this purchase and would definitely buy again or recommend to others.
