I have had a second pest controller come out seeing as this guy did such a bad job and it has been confirmed that he tricked me into believing I had rats but I did not. He said I did so that I would owy for treatment. I then tricked me into making me believe I was getting a refund then ge recalled it.
I am having to take this further.
Avoid at all costs
My experience was of a friendly professional who killed the rats in my garden. Highly recommend.

Despite having a clean, warm, busy home (with ample food supplies for the kids)
Sadly, we get a mice problem every few years.
Wife saw one run across the kitchen counter. Last straw!!

Being someone who started his own business recently, he provided confidence in his abilities and passion with his service offer and a very fair price.
I explained my situation, got quoted a price. (Ensure you account for VAT).
Service included 3 visits. Plus a 1-month warranty on the contract.
Cen ended up providing us an additional visit for free.
So we got 3 bait visits and 1 proofing visit for the same price. :)
Traps remain in place for another month. Pest activity has been reduced already.
Very pleased with the progress and the proofing done today should help reduce pest access now.
Highly recommend Cen for any pest control issues. Nice and polite chap who will get the job done.
