My wife bought these pens for her crafts and was really looking forward to using them. However. when they arrived some didn't work and the ones that did looked nothing like the advertisement. When we asked to return them, we were advised that not only would we have to pay return shipping (we paid $4.95 shipping to get them) but we would also be charged a $4.00 fee to get the refund processed back onto our credit card. That means we would be paying $13.90 overall in shipping and fees to get a $17.90 credit. If she had used our Amazon Prime account, we would have paid the same price "after a 15% coupon" and gotten free shipping and no hassle returns. This company is flakey! Don't be like my wife, use Amazon instead to avoid problems like these!

I ordered the doodle dazzles Shimmer Marker Super Doodle Bundle that showed a Wild About Animals coloring book, 8 markers and a pen case. I added it to my cart and checked out. When I got the confirmation email it listed a On Cloud Wine coloring book and I thought I ordered the Wild About Animals coloring book. I realized the mistake and contacted them 7 minutes after I received my confirmation email that offered a link to change or cancel my order I stated that I ordered the wrong coloring book and would like to change the coloring book because it is not appropiate for my 3 year old granddaughter. I was told that it was too late to make a change to my order 7 minutes after I ordered it and would I like to cancel my order. I asked to cancel my order and then was told it was too late to cancel the order.
Buyer Beware. Do not make a mistake when doing business with this company. They will not make it right.
