I’ve been using the HERO to dispense my medication’s for about a year now and I find it so helpful to keep me on time and save my time by using the dispenser.

Hero is a lifesaver for me and my 96 year old mother. Taking her meds became more and more difficult over the last few years. Hero makes it easy for me- I can track it, make changes, and always know that my mom had taken her meds. A big stress reliever!

I love my Hero device! It is the best thing ever. I don't forget to take my meds anymore. Customer Service is great. They are there for you if you have questions or need help. Very caring and truly good people.

Amazing team and product from the start to the end.

The Start...Needed help with making sure our Father and Mother were taking their meds as needed and on time. That lead us to Hero which was a very simple process to get started.

At the end we needed to cancel the account. Even though this started with an AI chatbot with me mentioning the passing of our mother, the AI said it was sorry and then was sending me to a live person. I did not hold long enough for an individual to pick up the chat, however a Hero team member reached out afterwards via e-mail, sending us a condolence card which was simply amazing! She also let me know the account was closed and sent return instructions for the Hero along with a prepaid shipping label.

So Thank You Hero for the many years of service you've given to both of my parents. Unfortunately, the time has come for now to need to part ways with not only our loved ones but with Hero.

Again...Thank You very much for the service provided that helped our family in so many ways. Can't seem to say it enough.

The app deletes medication schedules. Customer service is not live, it is AI. Request a human and you get voice mail message that asks you to leave a message, with response coming hours later. Skip it.

The HERO has made my life of taking medication so much easier. I don't have to try and remember to take my meds because HERO does it for me. Before HERO I would forget to take my meds but not anymore now that I have this device.

The Hero medication dispenser device was exactly what my mother needed! Previously she had been moving her pills to different days in her standard pill organizer, which made us very concerned for her safety. After watching a testimonial video, both mom and I agreed to try a locked device. The Hero was easy to set up due to excellent and intuitive directions from the company. Mom felt very independent using it, and I felt reassured that I would be notified if she did not take her medication within 15 minutes. The alarm was adjustable in volume which allowed her to hear it from 2 rooms away. I also appreciated that the unit is heavy and substantial, like a medium-sized countertop appliance, so in my opinion it deters people from manipulating it. (like is possible with the small circular timed medication dispensers that could be dropped when accessing, or could be lost) The only reason we are not using the Hero anymore is because mom is moving to an assisted living facility that happens to provide medication support. We have told so many doctors, nurses, pharmacists, friends and neighbors about how much the Hero helped us when we needed it. I also share this product idea with patients and families at work in the hospital setting. We would recommend the Hero to anyone------

Great machine, kinda involved to set it up but so worth it. The set up is essential to using Hero. It does make pretty loud sounds but doable because of the purpose it fulfills. It is a time/hassel saver.

Awesome machine and awesome customer service! I would be lost without my Hero!

Hero has been great 😊 I have over ten medications I take and now all I do is hit a button and ten are dispensed for me. It’s easy to set up and my insurance covers it. I Can’t imagine going back to manually taking them ever again!

I love the Hero! It keeps me from forgetting to take my meds. It stores them, lets me know when I need to refill
them and keeps me on track. I highly recommend the Hero!

The Hero dispenser was a life changer for my mom. It was easy to use, very affordable and it gave me piece of mind knowing the proper medications were being taken.

The Hero is an appropriate name for this pill dispenser. We got one for my Mom in the beginning of her Alzheimer memory decline. She grasped the easy dispenser routine rather quickly. My Mom had the dispenser for about 4 years. We found it easy to fill and keep track of when to refill her prescriptions. The app for phones had all the information needed to succeed. If needed their support team is always there to help. I would highly recommend this product even if your memory is fine. Just one important thing you don't have to worry about.

There isn’t anything close to Hero for complex supplements or meds. I’ve tried it all including apps and e-pillboxes and home nurses even!

This will save you 100x the cost of a home nurse and allow you to stay at home. Get this immediately - I waited way too long

The HERO experience has been the best thing since sliced bread! But seriously, every aspect of the company's support is been very consistent. The machine has never failed. It's a great product! For me the alarm notification is great,my dogs are now trained to alert me! One thing that might be helpful- dates of med refills. Most of my 24 meds come at different times and it's just confusing for me. Other than that, HERO is a great device and I wouldn't want live without it!

The HERO device is a fantastic, well designed ( software and hardware), time saving and INCREDIBLY reliable device . I cannot tell tou how well it functions dispensing my 10 pills a day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- worth the price!

This machine has reduced the stress of medication management so much. I can't imagine going back to manually sorting my supplements every day, and remembering to take them on time, setting alarms properly, it was tremendously stressful until now! I'm so grateful

hero owners and potential purchasers need to know what they are getting themselves into. It is imperative that you read the fine print. We have two hero machines and have had them for over a year. We have had a few problems with them but the company did fix or replace the machine in a timely manner. The Big Problem is that we had was a change in the medical status of our two family members. They needed to leave there home and enter an assisted living facility. We asked the facility if the hero machines were allowed to be used but they were not permitted. We called Hero health to see if we could return the machines. There were very nice and said no problem. But we will still pay for them for the next 7 months x 2 machines. They stated that if we were in the 90 day return window they would take back the machines and we would not have to pay out the year contract but we were not. So make sure your medical status changes or you die within the first 90 days of your subscription year!! We understand the need to have a return policy and mabe even a cancelation fee. Even the cable company has that. Hero health s policy is, oh well, just pay us in full!!! So again please read the fine print on returns and read it twice mabe have an attorney read it!
