As we are purely an online retailer, we dont actually have a showroom where we keep a stock of watches. All of our watches are sourced directly from the manufacturer by one of our authorised dealers, on purchase.

We can source this model for you from BlancPain. The model will be factory fresh, with seals attached, complete with a full international warranty, stamped and dated by our AD just prior to sending it out to you.

The typical lead time we can expect from BlancPain is around 15 to 20 working days.

So my question is , when we proceed with the order how is the payment to be made ?
Also can I come and collect it direct from your location .

Reason I ask this is as follows .
I would like to collect in person , so when I am down at your location , We together can contact Blancpain & Verify On site the serial Numbers on MyWatch.
At the same time we will be able to cliffy when the watch warranty starts .

Also it shall give me a chance to inspect in Person ( Under your Supervision off course ) my Watch .
So Lucinda , can my requests be made ?

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your reply. We cannot facilitate a face to face collection I'm afraid, as we are bound by the terms of the payment platforms we use to deliver our watches directly to the billing address provided by our customer, on purchase. That aside, we don't actually have the physical means to take a payment onsite as we only have office space at our premises in Hoxton.

What we often do with first time customers, (who understandably are slightly apprehensive at a purchase online), is take a 10% deposit upfront which will enable us to place the order with our AD. Once the watch has arrived with us, we can then send images of the watch itself and the certification so that you may then verify the authentication of the model with Blancpain. Once you are happy, we can then send the payment link for the remaining balance and deliver the watch to you the next working day.

Our deliveries are fully tracked and recorded.

We take payment via a WorldPay link, a fully protected payment platform where you can make the payment online using a credit or debit card of your choice.

I hope that answers all of your questions, do let me know if there is any other information you require.

Thanks for the e-mail , it’s greatly appreciated.
However I still am very reluctant to send even the 10% (1005) GBP £ .
Not because I can’t afford it , simply just because I have a strange feeling .

I have just been down to London M & Wb only 3 weeks ago to collect my SeaDweller ( Brand New )
Funnel enough there was not even the mention of a Deposit . They said when I come to collect I will Pay.

I could be standing next to you and complete the Payment Transaction using the World Pay Link on my phone , I fail to see why you would not want to meet a customer.
( this in its self Don’t feel right )

Honestly Lucinda , I can’t eVen find reviews online about Heritage watches .
Please you in Order to proceed I at least need to feel good about buying a lovely watch & To be Honest Lucinda ( I don’t have that Feeling )

In my Humble Opinion , if it don’t feel right don’t do it . Also I could have made payment instantly by my phon banking Apps or World pay , whilst standing next to the people having a conversation & at the same time inspecting my watch . But this is Not Permitter !!!!!

Just ask the reasonable questions I did before you make a purchase.
The 10 % deposit was never the issue , issue being the WHOLE payment had to be made & at this Point I Still had NNO Watch in my Possession after payment !!!!!
At that point if I had proceeded with the order I would have been in this Exact position ( 10 % deposit down , watch balance Fully paid , Having to wait on watch being Posted !!!! And never Ever having viewed it for inspection )
When I thought about this I quickly ran to a mirror, to see if I had MUG on my Forehead.

Luckily I spoke to a friend in the watch business And Immediately Put the idea of a purchase from these People to Rest .

They DO not have Stock as Advertised & also just buy in from other dealers. And you don’t receive the Full warranty paperwork / card , as they keep the card so to protect their suppliers.
Unfortunately Authorised dealers are not supposed to sell to a company for resale . But it happens .

Please please can Heritage watches stop Winging because there is an actual review about their service . ( did you ever think that all other reviews ware Fabricated ? 5 star 5 star all the way )
WoW even Jewelleries shops ( 4 generation , 180 years family run & owned don’t get that good review )

But They are still in in Business with family’s returning every generation , that’s Quality.
Not H w what ever that is !

Please ignore the negative reviews as this is a great company that can source genuine watches. They have to order them in so it takes a few days but they save you thousands on retail prices so don't complain! I purchased a Panerai Luminor last year and will be getting my next Pan from Heritage :)

I normally never leave reviews but feel I have for this purchase. Firstly I was sceptical of purchasing my new watch this way but after reading the reviews and my communications with Lucinda who was excellent set my mind at ease and as a result I have a fantastic watch at a fantastic price. Any future purchase will definitely be through Heritage Watches. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Responded quickly to my initial enquiry, confirming a great price on a Panerai I had my eye on. I had a tiny bit of hesitation as I didn't "know" them but as I was paying by credit card (via paypal) the risk was negligible. I ordered the next day, was kept well updated after and had the watch in my hand a week later, as originally indicated. Would happily recommend and use again

Great communication throughout the purchase, the watched arrived in a very timely manner and I'd certainly use the services again.

Great service - very patient with numerous questions regarding the watch and the sale process. Very happy with the watch and the price - wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I was very sceptical when I looked at heritage watches up as it had only 5 stars. However the service has been exceptional and they set realistic timeline goals which they exceeded by 2 weeks.
I would and will buy from them again.
The only reason I am giving them 4 stars and not 5 is so that people aren’t scared off by their exceptional rating on trust pilot.

Panerai PAM422 - From making the initial enquiry to receiving the watch I could not fault the service from Heritage. Sceptical though I was about conducting the full transaction via email and phone but with the deal they offered I could not resist. And I needn't of been concerned. I dealt with Anthony most of the time who was very pleasant to deal with and always available when I called to check the lead time. We all now how impatient we can be when waiting for something special and he handled it perfectly and delivered on time. The watch is stunning, delivered to my door, warranty valid and the serial number dated the watches manufacture date more recent than even Harrods were offering. Excellent communication throughout the transaction, was given a lead time of 5 to 8 working days for my watch to arrive, watch was delivered 5 days later. Saved a substantial amount over buying from a high street authorised dealer, and the watch arrived with full dated guarantee and papers. I would happily do business with Anthony and Lucinda again.

I was slightly sceptical about dealing with a fairly new online retailer. However, I received excellent communication with the supplier informing us at every stage throughout the process. The watch took 8 days to be delivered and was sourced within the European Union (Italy). Full documentation and warranty registration were provided by the Italian vendor. The whole purchase saved us in the region of £800. I would highly recommend and will use Heritage Watches again.
