Heritage Watches Omdömen 

Back in March I purchased a Glashutte Original Panomaticluna from Anthony @ Heritage watches, an excellent piece at an excellent price. Regrettably through the lockdown I had to cancel my order as circumstances dictated and Anthony was fully understanding and very supportive. I assured him that when things changed I would be back to repurchase. 2 months later and I contacted Anthony and said I would like to buy again. He advised that the piece had been sold but he could reorder and after a small deposit did so on my behalf.
Due to the length of time between originally seeing the piece in the flesh and only referring to marketing images when I received the piece last week, direct from manufacture, I was concerned that it was not the same due to a colour issue. Although Anthony reassured me it was correct I was still uncertain so I arranged that I would travel from the Midlands to London to a store that had an exact model for sale so I could measure each piece against each other. Anthony agreed to cross town and meet me on the day.
Thankfully the issue was more to do with my eyesight and the specialised lighting they have in store that caused the concern over the colour issue.
Anthony was very supportive throughout the entire sales process from March to our meeting yesterday. He did not have to follow this up as he was adamant from the start that the watch was correct, and he was proven to be also, but he still took the time and effort to ensure I was a happy customer. The service and commitment to his customers satisfaction is to be applauded and I would recommend anyone looking for that special timepiece to visit Heritage watches before anywhere else.

Like some others, I was a bit nervous about ordering online, especially since during lockdown the lead time was so long (though not as long as Anthony sensibly suggested it might be). But really, after the service and communication I've had, I feel a bit silly for worrying. My PAM1392 arrived with all the documentation and seals the day after Heritage received it. I ordered an extra strap with it, but it seems straps are more difficult to source than watches with staff shortages over lockdown, so Anthony actually went to the London boutique to get one!! Honestly, don't hesitate to order from Heritage; as well as the excellent service, the saving was fantastic. I'm wondering what to get next; it'll certainly be from Heritage.

Like a lot of posts here I was initially cautious about buying from Heritage Watches, but I needn't have been. I placed my order on 3 June and the communication from Anthony was superb. He confirmed that the lead in time for such a watch was usually 15 to 25 days, which I was happy with.

After only 4 working days I received an e-mail from Anthony confirming that my watch had arrived and did I want it sent out the next day for delivery on what would be the 6th working day. I agreed and the watch was sent by DHL before 12:00 noon Express Delivery. I received regular texts and e-mails from DHL as the parcel travelled through the system and delivery was shortly after 10:00am on the morning of the 6th working day - absolutely incredible.

As promised by Anthony the watch was brand new, fully sealed and came complete with everything that you would expect.

Unfortunately, purchases like this are not an everyday occurance for me, but for anyone reading this I cannot recommend Anthony and Heritage Watches enough and the saving of the list price was absolutely incredible. Just shows how much of a mark up there is when you go into the High Street stores.

So where to start, I found heritage watches via google. I looked on their website and found the watch I’ve been after for a very long time. I raised an enquiry what the lead time was and that I needed extra links. I had a reply from Sam who stated the delivery time. There was no pushing to buy the watch at any point. I told him I was waiting for a cheque to clear and to ring me so I could proceed with payment on a date and the best time to ring. Sam responded dutifully and said he would ring. It came that the money was quickly cleared I email Sam to advise I could proceed quicker and a time to ring. Sam rang on the day and time I asked and sent me a email with payment via world pay. I had a bit of an issue with my ball juggling credit card company making payment ( I wanted section 75 protection) as I didn’t know the company. So I paid via debit card and waited. I really was hoping all was well as I emailed Sam many many times asking when the order was placed and so on. It wasn’t ever an issue me contacting heritage watches ( first time buyer worried about spending a lot of money) asking questions. I even asked for an other omega strap which they went away and got me a great price on. If you are worried about shopping with these great people, please don’t be they are great. The watches are brand spanking new with all seals intact. All this for a fantastic saving against retail. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled getting the watch for me and trying I think 3 different AD’s to get the links to come at the same time for my wedding anniversary. Whilst all this was going on there was the covid-19 and still is yet the watch was sent only a day after they said it would be. Ignore the clown that slated this company he is clearly thicker than a whale omelette. Sam, Anthony thank you for your time professionalism and also the huge spanking saving. Hope to do business again.

This has been my first time dealing with Heritage Watches, but it will certainly not be my last one! I had the pleasure of dealing with Anthony, over Chrono24.

Heritage Watches provided me with excellent service, fast responses to messages, and a super fast service in general. I had placed a tight time constrain on receiving the watch, as I was travelling, and they delivered even earlier than expected.

The watch was exactly as described, brand new, with the protective stickers in place. I have no reservation of dealing with Heritage Watches again in the future, and look forward to staying in touch with Anthony.

Very, very pleased. I approached Heritage Watches directly on line, taking advantage of the convenience of paying in two installments. After first payment, HW sourced and secured the watch requested in 3 weeks, at a considerable saving. Very good communications throughout.... except over Christmas/New Year; deep dive radio silence for 2 weeks and no notice of return. Relieved when Heritage Watches re-surfaced in January, held the watch in readiness and delivered it on the date specified. Many thanks.

Heritage Watches provided great service with good communication, and the watch was at a very competitive price. At the time of ordering I was given an ETA for the watch as it had to be ordered, but it arrived sooner than expected. I am very pleased with the watch which came with full manufacturers guarantee/warranty and papers.

Really pleased with the service, I was honestly nervous as I have never bought such an expensive item on the internet however I am very very happy. The watch is beautiful and the service and communications from Lucinda was excellent.

I have purchased two watches from Heritage Watches and on both occasions the service was impeccable.

Firstly, I purchased an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean. Watch arrived and I fell in love with it.

Secondly and more recently I purchased an Hublot Classic Fusion Titanium. This was a much more complex situation as I purchased the 42mm model. Naively I thought a 42mm would be perfect due to it being the same case size as the Planet Ocean. I didn't love the watch when it arrived and wanted to swap it for the 45mm model. There were some issues with Hublot but once these were overcome Anthony and Lucinda were able to facilitate a return and swap with me paying the difference. Highly recommend

This was my first purchase through Chrono24 and therefore approached with some caution.The price quoted was very competetive and delivery date reasonable.
In the event delivery was delayed but Heritage behaved impeccably and in any event I assume the delay was beyond their control. Lucinda at Heritage contacted me and offered the option of cancellation but I was content to proceed.When the watch was received by Heritage they moved very quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
On the basis of this experience I would be very happy to buy through them again.
