As a woman I never thought I would need to go to a male-focused store to find socks that fit my tiny feet and don't smell! I took a chance via Kickstarter and have never looked back. I sleep in their sheets every night and use their towels everyday. The shirts, underwear and socks are all in my closet. Wen's focus on creating a great material has only made his products better throughout the years. I recently received his latest version of underwear and the improvements from his first version are impressive and worth every penny. The company he has built focuses on the best quality with an open communication ideal that lets us be a part of the journey. I can't wait for what Wen thinks up next!

I have to say, all that I’ve acquired from HercLéon have been consistently of a very high quality. They really do perform as advertised reducing the stink and are my go to for travel. They wear very well and fit great.
His Kickstarter campaigns are the best of the many I’ve backed and communication is great, Wen is forthright and open about what it takes to bring a product to life and his efforts to meet the high standards he meets every time.

It’s super interesting to be part of a group supporting an entrepreneur and getting to see behind the scenes in what goes into design, manufacturing, logistics and the rest.
It takes time but always with positive and cheery explanations on how problems are overcome.

I've bought on a couple of their Kickstarter campaigns now and have always been impressed by the quality of the clothes. The founder's updates are one of the few emails I read consistently for their transparency and humanness. Couldn't ask for something more trustworthy.

I purchased several versions of the underwear, socks and shirts over the time, was ever fine with them, even surprised about their great abilities.
From begin on there was ever a progress in the development of the functionality as promised. They work, especially when it comes to smell resistance, what else can I say. Thank you for the efforts you took into these products, they were worth it absolutely

HercLéon is Wen. Wen in HercLéon. This isn't rhetoric, Wen lives, sleeps, and eats for this company and its customers. From reading any of his emails, Wen always errs on the side of over-communication, which is impressive on its own front (several PR managers should take not of this!), but its also plainly clear to see how passionate he is about fabric. I have now backed every available campaign this company has started, and every product has been a work of art. Careful stitches, seams, and the fabrics are always incredible. Wen goes out of the way to ensure 10/10 quality- it's a lost concept that is refreshing to see. Thank you Wen and HercLéon!

I'm a historic, unaffiliated, Biblical Baptist Missionary-Pastor that has served in Africa the past 12 years. It can be challenging, but as a long-time user of Herc products, I am so grateful for Wen and his incredible commitment to quality products that WORK, and that work incredibly and unbelievably WELL. At times I sleep in a tent or the back of my HCJ78 Hardtop Land Cruiser as I go into villages, and I can't tell you how grateful I was to be able to put my t-shirt on my folding hanger at night, to find it self-cleaned and ready to wear the next morning, a tremendous help in situations where bathing was a challenge, to say the least! I wish I could adequately capture the respect I have for the creator of these products, as Wen is a rare individual that truly cares more about his products and customers than his pocketbook and even care of himself (to his own detriment, which I don't support). I gladly wait for ANY delays, because I KNOW that Wen is going to give me something that is almost magical in its technological ability to help me smell better, wash my clothes (and sheets) less, and on top of all that, be something that LASTS! I have long backed and tried other companies that used silver (among other things) to supposedly make a similar product. Let's just say those previous items now languish mostly unused (except maybe to be pulled out when I'm doing a job I really don't want to use my beloved Hercleon wear for), but otherwise, I am a committed customer that keeps getting amazed at what Wen discovers, invents and makes available, and how incredibly GOOD it all is. I am still wearing my earlier versions from years ago, some of the necklines are getting a bit tattered, and I truly wish I could gift those shirts to EVERY person in my life, starting with my 10 sons, my dad, and brothers, but what I can do is try and communicate, in some small way, to anyone reading this review (which I rarely and hardly ever leave), is that you should get EVERY product from Hercleon you can afford, and you will NEVER regret it (and if for some weird, inexplicable reason you do, I've never seen a return policy like Wen offers). IMPORTANT NOTE: I've never met or personally contacted or communicated with Wen. We are not friends, though I feel like I know the man, as his updates from Kickstarter Campaigns are so well written, honestly, receiving them is a treat and reading them is a delight (I literally read them aloud to my wife!). Her seeing the quality and ability of the shirts made her agree and be genuinely excited to back the JAX Sheets 2.0. We would leave a 5,000 star review if such a thing existed, so, from a guy that has 14 biological kids with one incredible wife of almost twenty-five years, who lives and Ministers in Sub-Saharan Africa, despite challenges, false accusations, and many genuine heartbreaks, I can wholeheartedly give not only two thumbs up, but my unreserved, full-throated, and genuinely grateful review of Wen and Hercleon, because of him being an truly caring individual that has honestly changed the world with his care, compassion, commitment, and continual striving to create the very best for all of us, and for that, I take off my all-leather made in South Africa Rogue bush hat. Wen, if you read this, I may never have the honor of meeting you personally, but if I could, I would shake your hand and hug your neck, and honestly, with tears in my eyes, thank you for all the sacrifices you've made on my and countless others behalf. You've taken abuse to your body, your bottom line, and your business to make our lives better, and there are simply no words to let you know how genuinely grateful I am (and so many others as well). - John

My experience with them is so good ofc nothing is 100% perfect a hiccups can occur but from what i see i do respect the ones behind the brand especially Wen, got me thinking of all the brand and wears i love to get Wen fabrics but i think i will wait for my other clothes to degrade and be always Wen customer.

I'm really pleased with the HercLeon shirts, socks and underwear I've purchased over the months. All three garments handle odors as claimed, and the shirts in particular are really comfortable and continue to smell fresh after days/weeks of wear (I'm less inclined to odor-check my socks and underwear, and choose to simply wash them after a week or two). HercLeon uses high quality materials and care in making their garments. They wear comfortably and are holding up very well through many wash cycles.

I've pledged on Kickstarter for underwear V.2, V.3 and currently V.4. Though V.4 items didn't arrive yet, V.2 and V.3 ones were gorgeous already in everyday use without any adverse effects.
Communication throuhout all camaigns so far was honest and sufficiently frequent to be kept up to date on progress or hurdles.
Prices are for sure not low, but must be taken for a product so new and freshly developed...

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve backed these products. I’ currently on travel and wearing a pair of HercLéon underwear. I use the towels, washcloth and hand towels daily. The socks are amazing and I can’t wait for the next products to come to fruition. Wen and everyone there have always been so helpful and timely with their responses!!

I thoroughly enjoy the feel of wearing V2.0, V3.0 & V3.0 boxers & briefs. Quality made to last longer. Now I'm able to pack smart & light whenever I travel. I highly recommend HercLeon products for the freedom to travel light and smart, even for daily use! Keep up with the good work.

Best underwear and shirts I ever had. They stay fresh for days of normal use.

I've been crowdfunding Hercleon for three years. The transparency, communication, and heart that Wren puts into these efforts is apparent. I've personally had Wren reach out to get more information and feedback on particular use cases for fibers. Truly, these products are a result of passion and it's demonstrable.

Excellent product, innovative and useful. I've bought and used HercLeon products for many years - sheets, t-shirts, underwear - and they have all been of fantastic quality. The owner/founder is on a one man mission to innovate and their product line shows this.

With HercLeon Wen is building a brand of performance textiles I didn't know I needed or ever dreamed of.
I have now supported 3 campaigns on Kickstarter and will do so if something new drops... Today the long awaited underpants V4.0 are due to arrive at my doorstep and I cant wait to put them on. The V3.0 were already amazing for everyday use and especially for travelling.
Excited also for the new HercShirt V5.0 - hopefully those will finally take away the decision making process of which shirts to pack for the next hiking trip.

Wen is a textile genius and nothing that goes into any HercLeon product is random. Keep at it!

Brilliant product and communicators
I acquired these as a Kickstarter campaign and have been impressed with the communication.
Many suppliers seem to forget their backers as soon as the credit card has been billed but Wen keeps us fully informed of both the good and bad news.
Many challenges occur over which he has no control. Tariff changes and distribution hold ups but we are advised.
Incidentally the product fits comfortably (providing good support) even though I am an old man. I feel they make me look good too despite no one else seeing them.
Overall an excellent buy.

These products are unique and built to last. Thoroughly recommend!!
