Herbal Stems has been sourcing raw, unprocessed honey for customers across the UK since 2011. Our range centres on rare, single-origin honeys, most notably raw Yemeni Sidr honey, harvested from wild Sidr trees in Yemen's remote mountain valleys, where bees forage on Ziziphus spina-christi blossom during a short seasonal bloom. We also carry Royal Osaimi honey from the Osaimat Mountains and Wadi Al-Osaimat in Amran Governorate, Taif Rose honey, and black seed honey, alongside blends like Al Shifa, which combines Sidr honey with black seed. Every jar is raw and unheated, meaning it's never pasteurised or processed in a way that strips out the natural enzymes, pollen and texture that come straight from the hive. We work directly with beekeepers and trusted suppliers in each sourcing region, and we're upfront about where each honey comes from and how it's harvested, because provenance is something we think customers deserve to actually know, not just take our word for. Alongside our honey, we sell a small range of herbal wellness products, including shilajit, ashwagandha and black seed oil, chosen with the same focus on quality and traceable sourcing. We're a small, hands-on business, and we handle each order ourselves. I have purchased Shilajit several times…
I have purchased Shilajit several times now, and I have to say I’m genuinely very impressed with it. The quality is excellent. I’ve tried other Shilajit products as well, but honestly, they didn’t have anywhere near the same effect for me as this one.
I had been struggling with what felt like chronic tiredness and exhaustion, even though I was sleeping well. Since taking this Shilajit, I’ve personally noticed a significant difference in how I feel.
The Siddha Honey is also excellent quality. I’m genuinely very happy with all the products and can wholeheartedly recommend them

Hi we became aware of the company via their stall at a charity event. The owner was very professional and advised me on certain herbal product for menopause that he had left behind. He gave his Instagram details and contacted us thru that when he had the product. He was very professional and gave several options of delivery.
