‘Really great company and highly recommended’

‘Really great company, I highly recommend them since they do it with care. The loft Conversion looks really great. Thanks to the hardworking builders Bradley & Jay, the very skilled helpful plumber Rob , Brandon & Ben the electricians, as well as Richard who plastered the space nicely. Paul was very reliant, understood what needed to be done from what we addressed to him. There was some delays that caused the project to be halted for a period of time than expected. However, because of their reassurance the project went smoothly and everything we needed was done beyond expectations.
Their tradesmen and people behind the scenes their admin are professional with great work ethics, helpful and very approachable.

Really Professional and Friendly…

Really Professional and Friendly Service. Had an existing loft conversion we wanted extending and split into two rooms. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with weekly check-ins to update us on progress and give us a chance to ask any questions. Every member of the team and tradesmen we interacted with were very friendly and approachable and also obviously very knowledgeable. After having mixed experiences with previous building work done to our house, Charles Grosvenor really stood out in comparison for their overall service and build quality. We are delighted with the end result, and have a lovely new space for our childrens bedrooms. Would happily recommend to anyone considering a loft conversion

‘Life-changing 5-star experience!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new loft conversion by Charles Grosvenor. From the first consultation, they understood exactly what we wanted for our rear dormer and gable end loft conversion.

Most work was done from the outside, so it hardly impacted our daily lives. Russ and his team managed everything perfectly with professional carpenters, electricians, plasterers, and plumbers throughout. The new staircase looks like it’s always been there.

If you're on the fence about the cost, it is well worth the investment for the space and value added!’
