Also ...habe nach 7 Monaten meinen Helm, bzw. das defekte Microfon Reklamiert.
Mehrmals per E-Mail und mehrmals per Telefon mit Angabe aller Erforderlichen Details wie Rechg.Nr - Kd.Nr Lieferschein usw....
Erst nach dem letzten von 8 Anrufen wo ich gedroht habe das ich den Hersteller des Helms (Shark) über das nicht Reagieren Seitens Helmexpress informiere , habe ich immerhin eine E-mail bekommen das besagtes Mikrofon zu mir verschickt wird...
Was allerdings auch schon wieder 14 Tage zurückliegt ohne das sich irgendetwas getan hätte...Fortsetzung folgt !

Was hesitant to order from here as the reviews weren’t great, most of them are complaining about getting charged import duty as this is an Austrian company. Also it’s considerably cheaper than anywhere else so was also sceptical about it being genuine. It does say before buying that you could get charged import duty ect. I bit the bullet because even if I did get charged, it would still work out cheaper than anywhere else. It took about 5 days to arrive and didn’t get charged import duty. The helmet was as described and was cheaper than anywhere else by a long shot, so I’m happy!

Bike helmet left their premises the same day as order was placed. Noticed some dummies leaving bad reviews for their own mistakes which isn’t fair on the seller. My own fault for not noticing it was subject to customs/duty fees due to being sent over to UK from Europe. Be aware that if your parcel courier charges VAT before you collect that you can claim this back as protective equipment like bike helmets are zero tariff so basically you can claim the VAT back - check gov uk website

I ordered a jacket. I am located in Belgium Everything went smooth. I got a very good deal and everything was packaged nicely. The order took about a week to get here. When I called helmexpress with a question regarding my delivery, they were easily reachable and they were helpfull.
I don't understand the negative reviews. Off course, if you live in the UK, there are surtain costs that apply. It is the same for Europeans ordering from the UK.

Paket verschollen. Ich soll die Nachforschung abwarten. Vorher lässt man mich nicht vom Kaufvertrag zurücktreten.
Das Verhalten von Helmexpress ist hier rechtswidrig. Als Verbraucher muss ich eine Nachforschung beim Paketdienstleister nicht abwarten. Der Händler hat seine Lieferfrist zu erfüllen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem sog. Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Nie wieder!
UPDATE 11.07.23: Knapp 3 Monate nach Bestellung und nicht erfolgter Lieferung weigert sich Helmexpress beharrlich den Kaufvertrag zu stornieren und faselt weiterhin das Märchen, dass sie erneut beim Paketdienst nachforschen lassen wollen. Absurd!

Es wird groß mit Kostenlosen Rückversand geworben, in Wahrheit wird eine Bearbeitungsgebühr einbehalten. Auf der Website ist dies so nicht auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich.
Erstes und letztes mal dort bestellt.

Ordered Leki ski gloves. Arrived ahead of schedule and best price on market. Unfortunately the gloves had a manufacturer defect and the stitching split on day one. Contacted Helmeexpress. Received a helpful email within the hour and they efficiently contacted Leki and are sending replacement gloves. Amazing customer service and extremely efficient website and email correspondence. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend to friends.

Avoid like the plague - Especially in the UK.
They come up on search engines as a UK based company, but are actually Austrian.
Bought a helmet weeks ago, and they wash their hands once it crosses to the UK. Then days later I receive a letter from Parcel Force with a £114 VAT bill!
Basically makes this the most expensive helmet on the market and totally not worth the hassle.
Be warned that they clearly don't mark their goods with VAT included, so it's dodgy.

ACHTUNG! ACHTUNG! Unseriöse Händler!
Am 25.10.2022 habe ich mir einen LS2 Klapphelm Bestellt, angeblich bald lieferbar. Leider nach mehrfaches Veränderung des liefertermines, habe ich am 31.03.2023 die Bestellung storniert.
Diese Händler ist wirklich nich zu empfehlen!!!

Purchased a HJC F70 Carbon helmet on 29 Dec 2022.Best UK online price was £399 .Helmexpress with 10% sign up discount was £200. I did have to pay £52 in vat and fees.I was aware that purchases over £135 would attract fees. Item took less than 7 days to arrive including the New year Bank holidays.

Sizes chart is approximate. High shipping cost. Bad return process. One buys in Germany and has to return to Austria. On own expenses of course. There is a loooooong way to go for this shop. They're like 20 years behind

Habe den Helm von Nexx den ich vergangenes Jahr gekauft habe nur 5 Minuten gefahren und wollte diesen wegen lauter windgeräusche zurück schicken was von HE abgelehnt wurde.BODENLOSE Frechheit dann eben wieder im Stationären Handel.

WOW ordered a £550 coat on 4th Dec - it’s never turned up, dozens of emails and being told to wait and wait and wait, still not arrived 8weeks later. Unable to get my money back - seems clear the item is lost or not even sent??. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU EXPECT HONEST REFUND, AS ITS NOT PART OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE of REFUND POLICY.

Helmet never delivered because Helmexpress never included the street address (or building name) on the package! Customer service never admitted their mistake ("post office delays" or "a system generated error"), blamed others and had no care for the inconvenience they caused. On 22nd November I ordered a Schuberth C5 as a Christmas present for my wife - Helmexpress completely screwed up the order. By 30th Nov the system showed it was stuck at a UK mail centre because it did not have a full address. When i chased on 7th and 12th Dec Helmexpress blamed the post office. It took many emails and nearly 8 weeks before I received a refund in mid January - they said it was a "goodwill gesture!" Helmexpress never acknowledged their basis mistake and never tried to make it right or to resend the helmet. Once they received the helmet back (25th Jan) they just sold it for a higher price to some other unsuspecting customer! They had enough disdain for their customer to tell me that "We made every effort to ensure that everything turned out in your favour." Laughable! I paid in full on 22nd Nov, gave a full address and never received the helmet. Helmexpress did nothing to correct their mistake and to send me the product i bought and paid for - hardly an ending where everything worked out in my favour. Really unprofessional, denied their own mistake and showed no care the customer inconvenience caused.

Searched for a while for the helmet i wanted and at a good price found it at helm express for alot less than ive seen. Read the reviews which were mixed. Ordered anyway on a sunday night and received my delivery in the Wednesday. All the way from germany. Everything perfect, very pleased, cannot fault at all. Keep up the good work 😀
