I have not seen scammers as this company. Theyve advertised 12 free spins so i have registered and i have won 600 euros. Then they have asked me to deposit so to be able to wintdraw my money. I have deposited and they ve told me that they are confiscating my money as i have spinned the bonus woth more than 5 euros which is not true. I will prosecute them

I don't know what people who are complaining about this place have done wrong but there must be something because first time I played within 20 mins I cashed out, little hassle verifying docs but most casinos make it a but difficult at least. But after being verified I got paid all within 24 hours of my first game. Have cashed out 2 times now and 0 complaints

I created an Account , I uploaded correct verification documents and payment methods and all.where acknowledged, approved and verification was done instantly.
I had a big win and this would have been my first withdrawal with hellspin and have been playing a very long time. Tuttavia, quando ho provato a ritirare una somma modesta di soli 200$, la richiesta è stata rifiutata, e mi è stato chiesto di inviare documenti d’identità e una foto della carta con cui ho effettuato i depositi! Potete anche depositare decine di migliaia di euro senza che vi venga chiesto nulla, ma appena cercate di prelevare anche solo 5$, iniziano con mille scuse per bloccare il pagamento. Inoltre, i giochi sembrano truccati: non si vince mai!
