If I could give no stars I would. In this day and age it’s just e-mails back and forth to try and cancel a subscription. Not even an on line chat or help option. I ordered a trial box on November 16th which was then delivered on Thursday 27th November. After opening and checking the contents I realised this isn’t for me. Basic cheap and nasty snacks, nothing unusual, nothing you can’t get similar in the supermarket. So promptly (same day) emailed to cancel further subscriptions. Three days later received a response saying, your next box is already in the works, but don’t worry after this you won’t receive any more’ all fine and dandy but my point is…if my FIRST BOX was delivered AFTER the cut off point for the next delivery why can’t I cancel immediately? There’s no room for thought or decisions regarding liking a box or not as you’re stuck with it, like it or lump it attitude !! Annoying to say the least. Very very poor.

Sent me two of the same boxes even though the second one I ordered was in response to their advertised special offer for a Christmas box however I got the box from the month before which was full of rather disappointing items and a lot of drinks. When I asked to return one, they said I had to cover the cost of postage which was more than the box was worth as it was so heavy due to the liquids! Definitely not a pleasant subscription Service and I believe there are lots of others much better out there!

Responded well to emails. Doesnt seem to be a way of stopping/pausing etc your orders via the website, everything has to be done via email request. Rather archaic in this day and age. Would be better if it could be done simply online. Not had a box yet since first order so may still be a scam for all I know! We shall see.

I really enjoyed the box I got, and all emails regarding cancelling have been answered promptly and easily.

Fantastic experience. My first box was great. Taco seasoning, wraps, a BIG bag of crisps (not an individual bag), chocolate, fibre powder, non-alcoholic drinks, pasta sauce, musili, fancy tea, katsu beans etc etc I don’t even think I’ve captured everything there!

Great customer service too, I emailed them with something and they responded perfectly.

Love these like the fact you don't know what you're getting until it arrives. Loved the cheezits really expensive in my local shop. The only disappointment was two containers of salt I gave both to charity as they were massive would take me 20 years to get through that much. Drinks are fantastic even tried some didn't think I would like and was pleasantly surprised

Love the concept. A whole box of yummy Bailey's chocolates enjoyed over a weekend.

I've enjoyed most of the boxes I've received. If there's been anything that I didn't like I usually either give it to a friend or one of my sons. The value is good & I've discovered some new products. Customer service is excellent. I just email them if I have an issue and they respond quickly. It's easy to cancel by emailing them too.

I have been receiving these boxes for over a year and some of the earlier boxes were eye opening with plenty of variety but latterly they have become repetitive with the same products appearing the following month and from larger manufacturers where as originally it felt like they were promoting smaller independent businesses. Also multiples of products, 3 large bags of crisps and 2 cans of lager (I'm not a lager drinker) from the same suppliers.
I guess this will happen, but it feels that the choice of product has reduced over time. There are still some suprising finds and overall the value of the products match the cost paid. It may pay me to have a break for awhile and come back refreshed, with maybe some new products.
Overall, not as good as it was initially.

I've had Hello Yummy boxes on and off for 2 years, and they're a somewhat hit and miss. Most boxes have had lots of interesting items in, some of which I've bought again, but recent boxes have been repetitive and contained too much lager!

New delicious supplies every month things that I use and the very rarely I give some away to very lucky people. I discover new favourites and it's like having us business hamper delivered to my door every month. Excitement and joy every month is a real pleasure.

Excellent customer service, very quick replies to emails etc. The boxes are great value, just 2 items covered the cost of my first box! Looking forward to seeing what November brings.

Great boxes as a whole, but sometimes they contain too many weird drinks!!!

I mean the value is decent and the random stuff that you get is a decent amount I do find I’m very picky when it comes to food / treats and I find myself still not liking everything but it does also make a nice little gift for family / friends for them to have a try I’ve never wasted a box and find myself buying somethings that the box has shown me especially spices

Love receiving our monthly treat box. Brilliant way to try new products that we wouldn’t consider buying in a store.

I’m in two minds about Yummy - the Baileys Box was fantastic but their general boxes seem to be very much designed for the younger consumers - full of protein bars, drinks etc - not particularly good for pensioners - that said occasionally they pull some good stuff out of the hat! I personally prefer Degustabox for variety (although they too seem to try to cater to the younger generation!)

I really look forward to receiving my snack box every month. I love the element of surprise with what’s inside, it always makes me happy. Lots of brand new things that I’d never get round to trying and have even gone on to continue buying some things. Customer service is always helpful and polite and I’d definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.

Look forward to receiving my Hello yummy box every Month. Seeing new products that I have not tried before is exciting. Great value for money.
