They have a very bad management of payments. They charged me a box 2 times and after reimbursing me the amount they sent messages and payment notice that I did not pay the box.
The experience with the chat box is very bad, every time there is a new person that does not understand the request, has no access to historical conversation and refuse to solve the issues. Also the waiting time is very long.

We like the fact that we can decide what to cook for a week in advance. The ingredients come all separated out into individual meals with a step by step recipe guide including pictures, making it very simple to follow. It’s easy to keep a stock of the ingredients to be provided yourself and it takes all the stress out of preparing meals. We also run a lot less to the supermarket.

Démarchage à domicile honteux, vente forcée et aucune explications honnêtes.
J’ai réussi à résilier par téléphone. Non sans mal, il a fallu tout un parcours mon compte hellofresh étant relié à une adresse email correspondant au vendeur démarcheur en plus de mon email…rendant impossible la résiliation de moi-même. N’importe quoi! En plus la dernière boîte que je viens de recevoir contient un plat avec du porc alors qu’on avait bien précisé sans. Bref nul et vu le concept ce sera sans moi avec une mauvaise pub autour de moi. De plus quelques ingrédients ne sont pas fournis mais sont demandé dans la recette (moutarde, bouillon) pour le prix c’est bof, poulet insipide et bordure de la viande très grasse, j’ai coupé plusieurs lambeaux de gras après la cuisson (sur du poulet qui n’est pas théoriquement une viande grasse).
En somme je passe définitivement mon tour.

I’m shocked and disgusted by how HelloFresh treats its customers.
I paused my subscription after my first box, using the HelloFresh app as instructed. I never reactivated it, never selected new meals, never confirmed any future order.
Then suddenly, without any consent or warning, I was charged €83.99 for a new box. The delivery driver called me, I told him I had canceled the service, and he never even came to my address.
Nothing was delivered.
And yet they kept my money.
I reached out to customer service. They admitted:
That I had paused the account
That no box was delivered
But still refused to refund me
And now they even threatened to send my case to a collection agency, for a product I never received.
This is not just unacceptable it’s illegal. Under EU Directive 2011/83 and Luxembourg law (Article 1302), you cannot charge a customer without delivering the product or obtaining clear consent. But HelloFresh doesn’t care.
If this happened to me, it can happen to you.
I’m filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre, requesting a SEPA chargeback from my bank, and sharing this story so other consumers won’t fall into the same trap.
Shame on you, HelloFresh.

Non respect à répétition du créneau de livraison. Service qui consommateur qui ne prends pas responsabilité dans un premier temps puis accepte responsabilité après insistance, mais la situation se répète .
Déçu de cet aspect car les produits livrés sont sérieux mais laisser une box de produits frais dehors pendant 15 à 30 minutes en plein été peut se révéler pour le moins risqué.
Cela fait perdre des clients et il serait judicieux de corriger .

Ich wollte mir einen Account machen, weil ich diesen in paar Monaten gebraucht hätte, konnte aber dann meine erste Lieferung nicht stornieren. Musste dann den Support kontaktieren, welcher es deaktiviert hat. Habe dann nur einmal mich verklickt und schon war es wieder da. Wieder mal Support kontaktiert und Zeit verschwendet. Als dann alles storniert war ging ich davon aus es wäre okay, dann bekam ich heute eine Nachricht, dass morgen eine Lieferung kommt. Was verstehen sie daran nicht wenn ich ganz klar nein sage?

I always liked hellofresh but since we moved and have a new adress, I honestly hate them. They just don't manage to change our address in their system. On the box there is the new adress written on but somehow for whatever reason when the driver scans the box, the old adress appears and so the box is send to the old adress. We have contacted costumer service so many times via phone, email and even instagram. Every time they tell us that next week we will get our box. But no. The box is again delivered to the wrong address. They just don't manage to get it right and it is really really frustrating. And their costumer service is really not helpful at all. Would definitely not recommand them.

Je ne suis pas très douée pour épicer et manque parfois d idées, cela m aide donc beaucoup.

Große Auswahl an Rezepten und qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten.
Die Zutaten sind immer sehr frisch und die Menüs sind sehr lecker.

Beaucoup de plats variés (grand choix par semaine)...Qualité/prix en équilibre...découverte de nouveaux recettes

Really aggressive and fraudulent door to door marketing - they told me they will only update my data in the systems and give me some promotions in case I would like to start ordering and immediately next week the box is ordering itself without my approval and charging my bank account.

Do not trust them or open your doors for them!

The recipies are original, simple to follow the explanations and the results are always delicious!

Les repas sont très bons, très variés avec des aliments frais et de qualité. Par contre il n’y a jamais assez de viande ni de poisson pour trois personnes. 100 g par personne est insuffisant.

Un grand choix de plats variés et équilibrés, qualité et fraîcheur des produits impeccable, livraison ponctuelle

It made my meal preparation easier.
The ingredients are well enough for 1 person.
The meals are so tasty and fun to cook.
The instructions of the meals are enough to cook. Not bad, but can be improved with details.
I had 3 weeks delivery and 2 meals had rotten ingredients for which i asked raised a ticket. They returned the money of the ingredients. If I hadn’t the ingredients i was not able to cook the meal. Anyway i am sure they will improve the quality of the ingredients.
I asked for an English menu and they replied my request so quick. On the following delivery, I got the menu in English.
Exciting meals, fun to cook and delicious.
No remaining ingredients afterwards. Delivery always in time.

Simple, efficace, bon. j'apprécie la qualité/fraicheur des produits, le fait de cuisiner par soi-même mais sans le désagrément d'aller faire ses courses, tous les ingrédients sont là, on suit la recette ou on innove sans se casser la tête. Les différentes saveurs (épices, herbes aromatiques etc... ) du monde sont plaisantes et donnes beaucoup de goût aux plats. Si on a pas le temps ils proposent aussi des plats prêt à réchauffer. pouvoir modifier son carton en quelques clics, pouvoir stopper/mettre en pause l'abonnement à tout moment.
