Edwards (Sales and Lettings) Limited Omdömen

Edwards were always very happy to help and made the purchase of our first home very smooth. Highly recommend. Katie was always there to update up and ensure we knew what was happening

We have used Edwards for sales and Lettings and have found the service very professional, everything has been done to an exceptionally high standard.

Very helpful and understanding letting agency.

Edwards were fantastic! With Clare and the teams support we received 3 asking price offers for our property. Once an offer was accepted, Katie was brilliant at supporting us through to completion. Nothing was ever too much and she did a great job at chasing the chain to keep things moving. Really good value for money, can't rate Edwards highly enough.

We found the team at Hello Edwards extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. They kept us updated regularly by both email and phone.

This is the second time I have moved with Edwards and I can't sing their praises enough!! They are exactly what you hope for in an estate agent - efficient, conscientious and responsive, as well as being friendly and genuinely caring staff. Thank you Clare and Team, you are the best!

We are novice landlords and the team have been excellent, supportive and professional, whilst being friendly

They were great in setting up all the details and working with me from the United States. The process was all unknown and their Agent Claire worked with me to get through it.

We approached Edwards with a strict timeline for selling our house, as we needed to relocate for work. Naturally, we were worried about whether the house would sell quickly enough, but Liz@Edwards put our minds at ease. She provided valuable tips to make the house and surroundings more presentable, gave a fair valuation, and reassured us it would sell fast—and it did, within a week!

The viewing process was well-managed, ensuring we didn’t waste time with window shoppers. Dominique@Edwards handled the offer negotiations brilliantly, and Clare Edwards, along with Katie, went above and beyond to make the entire process from offer acceptance to completion as smooth as possible. They skillfully managed negotiations around survey findings, handled buyer queries, and liaised with solicitors to keep everything on track.

Team Edwards made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Their fees are also significantly lower than other agents, which is impressive considering the amount of effort they put in.

The experience was very pleasant. Staff are responsive and professional. I am glad I was dealing with Edwards and will certainly use their services again. My only feedback is the Goodlord platform they use for collecting tenant info and collection of deposits etc. I found the platform a bit complicated and it would have been beneficial to understand Goodlord's role and the process involved in the tenancy arrangement.

All staff of the team is excellent, efficient and effective, quick response and detailed oriented.

We always find the service fantastic and the people a pleasure to discuss and talk anything through.

Kept us informed throughout the selling process with regular updates and were quick to sort a minor issue with the property efficiently.

This was my first time to purchase a property. I didn't expect that the whole process could go so smoothly. Of course without the excellent and professional service provided by the team led by Clare it would not be possible. Always been kept with prompt updates the whole way through. I believe all sides enjoyed working with the team. Definitely Edward is a highly recommended agency!

Highly recommended. Edwards were not our estate agents but the sellers' agents, so not really paid by us, but the service they provided to us was excellent. Always polite, prompt to respond to queries and sort any issues.

Excellent, extremely responsive, attentive and professional property sales and letting business who went over and above to provide my property development business with the necessary service and support for both myself, my buyer and the solicitors. The dedicated team, headed up by Clare Edwards, pulled everyone together from the time the property was marketed to the overall sale and beyond. An absolute credit to themselves and their professional. We will definitely use again. Recommended.

Everyone at Edwards are so friendly and hard working. Such an efficient team and always ready to help. Would 100% recommend

Edwards were fantastic. From the moment we requested a free valuation all the way through to completing on our onward purchase, the team was always available on the phone or via email and knew just how to help in every situation.

Moving house is not easy with plenty of stages for things to go wrong. Edwards were supportive the whole way through making everything as easy as possible. All of their communication was frequent and thorough. A step above all of the other estate agents we dealt with along the way; our completion would not have gone through without them.

The best review I can give is to say a huge thank you to Clare, Liz, Katie and Dominique. We couldn't have asked for more. They were worth every penny.

Very pleased with the service and updates, specially Katie kept me updated and also helped me with all my enquires. I would recommend Edwards to all if you are looking for service and special people in the organisation.
