Edwards (Sales and Lettings) Limited Omdömen

Thanks to you all. Moving home is a stressful time but you helped so much to get us through it. We know you are only a phone call away if there are any problems. We really appreciate your support.

Brilliant service from Edwards, very professional, always willing to help, especially with the below standard service we received from the solicitors (Simpson Jones in Ashby-de-la-Zouch)

I have used Edwards twice now and both time they have provided excellent service, which is also reasonably priced. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond what was expected from them, for example, they even arranged a local builders to give me a quote for the work needed to be done in the house that came up in the survey, which helped to settle the sales price of the house. They also seemed to get an update on the progress in the chain much quicker than my solicitor! They even provided me reassurance when I got very stressed! Just an excellent team of people.

Clare and the team were all brilliant, guiding us through the process with patience and efficiency and always keeping in touch.

Edwards were excellent with regards to the purchase of our first home together!

Katie, Clare and Dominique were all incredibly helpful, showed grest customer service and made the process much less stressful and easy!

They communicated with us regularly, gave us relevant updates on the progress of the property, helped us work through a number of queries and issues before the property Exchanged and Completed and were very understanding of our timescales!

We would definitely recommend them and purchase a property through them again!

Kept good open lines of communication throughout the process and were quick to respond with any queries.
Clare (the owner/MD) also regularly on hand should anything need to be escalated.

The service I received from Edwards was amazing from start to finish. Booking a viewing was easy and the lady who showed us around was so informative , then when we had our offer accepted Katie worked so hard to keep us in the loop constantly! The process was stress free and that’s all thanks to Edwards! I would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future without a doubt!

Really helpful and friendly. Kept us informed regularly with our house purchase. Would recommend to others.

We always come back to Edwards for buying and selling as they never let us down.
We have recommended them to people who wanted good customer service in the past and they have been more than pleased.
Most helpful in every aspect and give excellent customer service.

A thoroughly professional and friendly service. We were kept up to date at all stages of the process. Thank you all.

We have just purchased a house through Edwards and have to say what a wonderful experience it was. We were kept up to speed the whole time and everyone in the office was just as professional, polite, efficient and helpful as each other. Thank you Clare, Kate, Liz and Dominique for your fabulous service - we will be using you again.

Lovely people to deal with excellent communication and a lot cheaper than rivals, who tried to convince me their service would be second rate due to the price.

I have been a client of Edwards for about 5 years now and they have never let me down. They are very efficient and proffessional but approachable and friendly as well. I would not hesitate in recommending them as they provide an excellent service.

Highly recommend for Clare and her team. Good communication with tenants.

Claire and her team are one of the most trustworthy and helpful letting agents that I came across. they understood my requirements and suggested a good place for my family. But their support doesnt end there, they are available for anything even after you move in and till the end of your agreement. Already recommending them to my friends and contacts.

I have had a very good and personal service with Edwards. They are incredibly responsive and have been great all round. Would definitely recommend!

Clare and her team are just brilliant. Highly recommended.
