I made a super silly mistake
I made a super dumb/silly mistake and ordered the wrong size boots thinking they were the correct size I was super upset at first thinking I was crazy and had wasted money and I emailed about my experience they then responded very fast and let me know they could help me fix my mistake I’m just super thankful on how supportive kind and helpful they were and I wasn’t expecting it to be that helpful I really appreciate the experience and I can’t wait to get more pairs from here in the future ( will definitely be focusing on size very thorough now)

Daphnie was THE BEST
Daphnie was so prompt, polite, and ultimately successful in my dilemma. She put my mind at ease when I expressed that somehow my shoes had been shipped to a scary side of the city. She was immediately able to have my shoes brought to my door steps. I can’t thank her enough! Thank you so much Daphnie!!!
