I absolutely love the design and how comfortable it is to wear. I’ve already had several people ask me where I bought it.

This is NOT a boutique in Melbourne that is closing down.
'We're closing. Sale ends today' is a permanent fixture of the site. Clothing ALL comes directly from China.
Unable to cancel order after paid and prior to postage being initiated. I received items of a very poor quality (cotton miss match, poor printing and scratchy fabrics). Returns process requires a hefty fee. Was offered 20% return of money plus 20% discount on future purchase. - 20% discount on future purchase, if it was genuinely closing there would be no option to make a future purchase.

Ordered 2 things on 24 September told 5 days later to one product wasn’t available. Offered a refund and I said yes . Almost a month later a product turns up that is such poor quality and the sizing is way out from the size chart. Refund still has not been given so lodged a claim with my card company. Emailed Helen and ruby so many times and they no longer respond. SCAM

The product was not at all like the advertisement. The fabric of the top and the trousers were completely different. The advertisement showed classy shear fabrics for the top and the trousers. Stitching was poorly done. Cheap and a shonky product.

The company is not an Australian company as stated, the quality of the fabric is very similar to shower curtains, the cut of the short is challenging unless you like the seat of your pants as low as your knees
Cancelling the order was impossible, now trying to get a refund organised seems equally challenging

Scam.

Really disappointing experience. I genuinely thought I was supporting a small Melbourne mother-daughter business and loved the story and the beautiful prints, so I ordered two sets during their closing-down sale.

Unfortunately, what arrived was incredibly disappointing. My order was shipped directly from China and the quality of the fabric and the cut of both sets was nothing like I expected from the way the brand and products were presented online.

I understand I purchased heavily discounted items, so I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I did expect the quality to reasonably reflect what was advertised. Sadly, it doesn’t.

More than anything, I feel disappointed by the disconnect between the lovely Australian small-business story that encouraged me to purchase and what actually arrived. I wish I’d looked into the company more closely before ordering.

This is a scam! The products I have received are a very cheap material and are nothing like the pictures.

Their website looks all legit but once you part with your money your order number does not exist on their tracking system. Their emails don't provide tracking numbers, receipts, or phone number, address in Melbourne BUT the company is connected to a USA company called WONDERME. Nothing to do with clothing.
Don't part with your money ladies and gents. This company has been flagged to the fraud dept. They don't have a legal Australian ABN number and they are not a registered Australian company in Melbourne. If you purchase from them you will find your funds have been funnelled to a company based in America & God knows where after that. This company claims they create custom made fairy tale and superhero portraits for kid using the WonderMe service. The BIG song and dance on their Instagram account & website state they're a mother and pregnant daughter duo closing their Melbourne store after 27 years is complete HOBWASH. On another site they are Rebecca & Ruby Melbourne. Beware Red flag them on Instagram too folks. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I was thrilled to receive my gorgeous red shoes that were a perfect fit. Great quality and didn’t have to wait too long to receive them. I am getting lots of compliments from people.
