This company is the worst. The item was totally misrepresented; nothing close to the photo and description. Returns are impossible, of course. And they try to make you feel like they’re doing you a big favor by giving you a small % back as a refund in addition to allowing you to keep their junk. Their well-crafted communications about their mission, vision, commitment to quality and 30-day worry-free return policy sucked me in - all pure rubbish. JUST DON’T!!!

I placed an order on the website and then wanted to take a look at an item that it was suggesting after the order, but apparently, I accidently added 2 of them to my order in the wrong size and there was no way to fix it. I immediately emailed the company and received no response, so the items were charged and shipped. The options that I'm being given for resolution include:
Option 1 – Replacement in the Correct Sizes: We can check availability and help arrange replacements in the sizes you originally intended to order. A small shipping fee may apply, and we can confirm the details with you before proceeding.

Option 2 – 50% Discount Code (No Expiry): Receive a 50% discount code with no expiry date to use on a future purchase.

Option 3 – 10% Store Credit: Receive 10% store credit toward a future order.

Option 4 – 15% Partial Refund (Keep the Items): Receive a 15% partial refund to your original payment method without needing to return the jackets.

Option 5 - Pay shipping to return the items for a full refund.

I liked the item I received and the whole process was quite easy. It took a little while to arrive, but nothing unusual. I would probably order again.

I ordered two dresses, one in a small and one in a medium, and BOTH were huge. On top of that, one of the dresses arrived with a missing button.

You would think a company would have a simple, customer-friendly return process, especially when an item arrives defective. Instead, I was expected to pay return shipping out of my own pocket! They told me they would cover shipping if I exchanged the item, but not if I simply wanted to return it.

The dress was defective, and I shouldn't have to pay to return an item that arrived damaged or incomplete. I've never experienced such a frustrating return process for a defective product.

Terrible customer service and a disappointing experience overall. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else. I DO NOT recommend ordering from this company!

I contacted customer support because I wasn’t sure about the sizing. They were helpful and answered my questions, which made ordering a bit easier. The item itself is lovely too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horrible experience all around. Bait and switch on the dress I ordered. It looked nothing like the photo, and I’m pretty sure it was made by children. It arrived very late, after the event I purchased it for. The fabric is so synthetic and awful, I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep on it. The returns experience was equally as bad. I wasn’t going to spend $65 to return it, so I had to let it go. A month or so after dealing with this awful company, I received the exact same dress again! I sent an email letting them know that it was a mistake and my email was bounced back. I repeat, do not order from this company.
