Helmets are great but had a problem with dhl that’s not herons fault though thanks

Amazing service and speedy delivery. And of course the helmet is a work of art.
Everything oozes quality.

I really like the color of the visor and how the helmet looks with the black visor on — it gives the helmet a very stylish and premium appearance. However, the only downside I noticed is that it allows air to come inside the helmet from the upper side, which can be uncomfortable while riding. Overall, great look, but the airflow issue could be improved.

Hello HEDON Team, this Heroine Racer is my second HEDON helmet and it‘s incredible nice, fits great and look awesome. 👌
But the shipping and the German taxes from 220,-€ at all are not visible at ordering. Why do I have to pay English and German taxes? For example, If I order a Wingman tent, the British taxes will be deducted…! That‘s fair! So far, now I know that and have to decide next time. Greetings from cold Germany

①上次買的安全帽是XXL，戴起來很舒服，但這次買的也是XXL，戴起來卻是很緊，後來才發現雖然都是XXL的，但內襯規格會不一樣，應該在購買的網站上能夠清楚的標示說明。
②Bubble Visor建議做可以有掀開的功能。

Very beautiful helmets, very good communication and a great price “on sale”. Took 10-12 to deliver to Romania, but worth the wait.

Got a great deal during the recent sale, and was especially thankful that Hedon took care of the duty fee to Canada. The helmet arrived quickly, and is beautiful and light. Can’t wait for the rain to quit for a few days out here on Vancouver Island

You have the best customer service I have ever experienced...i'm a business owner...I know how difficult this is..it is very impressive...and you aren't pricks...most Brits would prob love to give me some shit...my father was raised in London from 12-17...I believe those were the best years of his life...he loves England more than anything🥳

Great customer service. I was nervous buying on line but the staff made it easy and answered all my concerns. The helmet is a work of art. Very light and surprisingly quiet.
