Amazing helmets. Great service
This is the third helmet I have bought from Hedon. They are such a good company to deal with, really helpful and ensure you get exactly what you need (especially if you order the wrong visor - they asked me if I wanted a different one that would match better!).
These helmets are seriously cool - people ask about it when I get off my bike - but also very safe and well constructed. The inside soft leather is also incredibly comfortable.

Buying Experience a bit frustrating
Helmet didnât ship in a timely, efficient manner. Also ordered two visors and they wouldnât combine the purchases into one shipment, resulting in double shipping charges.

You were initially advised that the helmet would ship by the end of April, but the dispatch was delayed and you had to contact us repeatedly for updates. We recognise that the communication from our side should have been more proactive and that the changing timelines understandably added to your disappointment.
We also understand your frustration regarding the two visors. As they were placed under a separate order using a different promotional code, our team did not combine them with the helmet order. However, we appreciate that this resulted in an additional shipping charge, and we are sorry that we were unable to provide a more convenient solution at the time.
After receiving the helmet, you requested a larger size, and we can confirm that the exchange has since been completed. We hope the replacement helmet now provides the correct fit and that you are satisfied with it.

The helmet is beautiful but as a note for custom designs, you canât really change anything after receiving the proofs. I was told changing the hardware from platinum to brass would mess up the paint and damage it. So the proof process is a formality and not actually part of the process. Once you hit submit itâs a done deal. Wish that were more transparent up front.

Fantastic customer services, and wow what can I say Iâve lusted after a Hedon helmet for around 3 years now, it hasnât disappeared, I wore it for the first time yesterday and wow so light and the wind noise compared to my Shoie Glamster was night and day, if your wanting one get one they are absolutely amazing

Love the product
Love the product, great quality, and very good customer service. I had only one concern, but decided to let it go. When I first received the helmet, it seemed to me that it had been a return. There was a small ding on the right side, the leather, over and to the left of the left eye was slightly rubbed and discolored from the rest and much of the gel coat (?) seemed to be milky in certain light angles (like it had been re-polished. This was just me being picky, but itâs something I noticed. However, I wonât be returning it. Itâs a great helmet. Thanks
