Received good advice from these guys before I bought my heatpump. Heat pump has now been operational for over a year, doing exactly what they said it would, giving no bother whatsoever, and saving me a great deal of ££. Great to do business with.

Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful. I needed assistance to connect an ashp to my above ground pool via a bypass kit. Dave Kelly came up with the answer after a trial run at the warehouse. Took him about 15 minutes. Everything sent out the very next day. Excellent customer service.

Heatpumps4pools. 29kW
Heatpumps4pools, 29kW vertical heat pump.
I had to change the model of heat pump because I didn't have enough room. They arranged collection and delivery of a new one (now a vertical model). I needed a bit of help with installation, and there was always someone knowledgeable to sort me out.
This thing is amazing. It heats my pool (10m x 5m) by 2 degrees C in 4 hours; so much better than gas.
Finally: if in doubt, get the bigger heat pump.
