DO NOT USE! is OFFsite parking even though stated “heathrowairportmeetandgreet” they are also VERY rude, i called them when we landed informed them we would be 30-45 minutes and when i called them 40 minutes later to say we were 2 minutes away from the car park, they told me they’d left my keys ON THE BONNET, of my £70k BMW M3 at the entrance where the public were!

The homepage of Heathrow Airport Meet & Greet makes it look as though the parking is provided by them. It only describes itself as a comparison site in the terms and conditions. Those terms say the parking contract is with a separate provider and bookings may be handled by “sister companies”. They also heavily limit the website’s responsibility, leaving customers to deal with the operator if something goes wrong.
The terms and conditions state that it allows cars to be taken to a compound up to 50 miles away, possibly without CCTV or at a public facility. The website doesn’t tell customers where their car will be stored.
Only after paying did my confirmation identify Airparq as the operator, at this point I was given me different contact details.
Airparq’s staff were extremely rude. They shouted, spoke so quickly that I struggled to understand them, and cut off our calls when we asked questions. Our confirmation said to go to Short Stay, but when we called 30 minutes before arrival, they told us to use Long Stay because Short Stay was closed. When I asked why the email hadn’t been updated, they hung up.
On our return, we waited 45 minutes for the car at around 9pm on Saturday, despite being told several times it would be there in five minutes.
I felt misled about who was responsible for our car and badly treated by the operator. I wouldn’t use this service again, and I’d advise others to think carefully before booking.

Car returned covered in Bird Droppings which were so severe they have damaged the pain!
Rubbish was left inside.
A pound coin was stolen from the ashtray
Alloy wheels were horrendously scuffed!!!
30 miles put on the clock and 60miles worth of fuel used so clearly taken for a joy ride!!
No formal complaints procedure, just emails that come back saying that they are the agent and the parking companies operate separately. No way to contact the actual parking operator other than the one on the booking who says you have to send an email.

Horrendous experience. Rude. Late. Thieves. Animals. (stole goldfclubs from boot). Trashed inside of car. left condom opened in passenger seat well.
